I Like ItI Don’t Like It
Tom Cruise Will Smith

From a Men's Vogue profile on Will Smith:

"I've studied Buddhism and Hinduism and I've studied Scientology through Tom. And nobody's saying anything different! Look, I use the Bible to explain the ideas of God, and life, and love, and relationships, and the life of Jesus Christ to teach my children how to defend their spirit. But in all of the experiences I've had with Tom [Cruise] and Scientology, like, 98 percent of the principles are identical to the principles of the Bible. The Bible says, Do unto others as you would have them do unto you. And you know, there's a Scientology principle: Do not create experiences for others that they cannot comfortably perceive." Smith would rather stroll many paths to enlightenment than commit to one high road. "The Bible talks about your spirit being immortal, that you were created for existence beyond your physical body. Well, that's no different from Scientology! I don't think that because the word someone uses for spirit is thetan that the definition becomes any different."

The True Story Of Scientology
http://www.rehabilitatenz.co.nz/pages/true-story-of-scientology.html [Full Article]
The true story of Scientology® is simple, concise and direct. It is quickly told:
1. A philosopher develops a philosophy about life and death.
2. People find it interesting.
3. People find it works.
4. People pass it along to others.
5. It grows.
When we examine this extremely accurate and very brief account, we see that there must he in our civilization some very disturbing elements for anything else to he believed about Scientology®.

At least the Catholic priests have to keep your confessions secret.
Go get yourself "cleared" and these "thetans" will use it against you if you cross them or they want something from you (like getting declared tax exempt by the IRS).

Apparently Will thinks Men In Black was a docu-drama. THe Bible is ridiculous enough . . . but it pales in comparison to:

Xenu (also Xemu was the dictator of the "Galactic Confederacy" who, 75 million years ago, brought billions[1] of his people to Earth in DC-8-like spacecraft, stacked them around volcanoes and killed them using hydrogen bombs.

So is Smith an official Scientologist? I knew he was tight with Cruise - but you know what, I think it is absolutely stupid to rip someone based on their belief system. There haven't been any wars started because of Scientology and I can't think of any one of them that has run into trouble with the law after joining the group. I'm not a Scientologist, but aside from that stupid Battlefield Earth movie, I don't see much to criticize them about. A lot of religions have some goofy ideas.

All of you people that think scientology is so ridiculous have never read or researched anything about it, and go only on what the media sensationalizes about it (which is funny because most of you clearly regard yourselves as far more intelligent than the media). I'm not a scientologist, but I have read some of "Dianetics" and it's really not ridiculous at all. The feeling of anger that all of you have when you here about scientology is a result of the same closed mindedness that got your lord and savior killed 2000 years ago. All you haters out there would have been the Romans of the bible, the anti-abolitionists of the civil war and the nazis of Germany, accepting the norms around you and choosing the gut feeling judgemental hate over reason and intellect. Scientology may not be very Christian as a religion, but one thing that's less Christian (and American) is judging those who choose it.

I spend my money based on my philosophy of life. I will not shop at a Walmart. I do watch Fox News. I do not buy the New York Post. I do not speak to my neighbors with the Bush/Cheney bumper sticker on their car. And I do not see Tom Cruise movies because I think he is a first class fruit cake. I will now add Will Smith to that list. Hope they enjoy the company of George Bushit on my list.

Will Smith is right, Scientology is just like Christianity . . . They are both made up (as are all religions).

Scientology is no loonier than anything anyone else believes.

If he starts going batshit crazy like Tom Cruise did, I'll never watch another thing he does. Until then, I'm looking forward to his movie coming out on 12/14/07.

Idiots of earth...

Religion (blind faith), organized or not, is simply a core belief system that works for some, and not for others.

Once again people here bash one religion over another.

Stop the judging of others.

Those who are so quick to judge others are usually themselves insecure and desperately searching for truth (a lost soul).

NO ONE knows the absolute truth of our existence and origins.. NO ONE.

The many "bibles" of this earth may be nothing more than Man's interpretation (his story) of his surroundings at that given time and from the part of earth he was living in.

Were YOU alive when history took place over the last 10,000 years or so as man started his evolution upwards?

NO.

Stop preaching what YOU think is truth to others. Keep YOUR truth to yourself and USE it for yourself to be a better person.

Reach INSIDE for your answers, and cherish them for yourself. Others will find their answers on their own time, at their own pace.

Stop the judgment. Be happy and accept those around you, just how they are.

OMG!!! Will is publicly quoting trademarked Scientology doctrine, giving that technology away for free! They're gonna have to kill his ass now for sure. Usually costs tens of thousands of dollars to learn that shit.

I can't believe I just watched 'I, Robot'... TWICE!!

Hey Will, do us all a favor and go suck Tom Cruise's vagina and shut the F$@# UP. No one cares what you think religion is, and anyone that believes in Scientology I have some swamp land for sale.
