Denied firemen the proper equipment (meaning many of them died in the WWTC). My personal favorite was putting my dog in the car in front of my doorman building one day, and being slapped with a $150 Rudy Ticket for having my dog off the leash. I was opening the door at that time I was ticketed, the dog was sitting waiting to get in the car. The judge, when I contested, derisively referred to it as a Rudy ticket and threw it out.
