Former Sen. Fred Thompson (R-Tenn.) suggested on Sunday that Fox News is biased against his campaign, charging that the network highlights commentators who have been critical of his run for the presidency.

In an interview on "Fox News Sunday," host Chris Wallace pressed Thompson on how some conservatives have lambasted Thompson's campaign and showed clips of Fox conservative commentators Charles Krauthammer and Fred Barnes criticizing the former senator.

Fox News isn't AGAINST Thompson, they're FOR Giuliani.

There's an interesting parallel here between this experience and how the pro-"enhanced interrogation" tough guys would feel if they were the victims of the techniques they cheer now.

Conservatives who have enjoyed themselves watching Fox "News" savage Democrats and everyone to the left of Attila the Hun, while having the gall to call themselves "fair and balanced" (all part of the joke), might develop a different perspective when the "fair and balanced" guns are aimed at their own hero.

If you've always enjoyed watching Fox lay waste to the truth and if you've giggled along with them, you were being played for a fool. There is no kinder word for it.

Once again, Wallace is the BUTT BOY for Fox News. Let's nor forget Bill Clinton slapping him down. You gotta love these Right Wing Fascists now that they have picked Rudy they will consume their young just like any predator when they need fresh meat. Kill your own. Wallace is a fool he should be ashamed considering his father but wait... he works for Fox he has no shame! Fred Barns...well who really thinks of "Mr Arms Folded" as credible.
When are they going to get the body language quacks,, whom Bill O'Reilly is so fond, of to analyze that basket case.

It is my understanding that Roger Ailes, the Fox President, ran Rudy's mayoral campaign and they have stayed friends. Rudy was influential in getting Fox News on cable in NY, pressuring Times Warner Cable with the threat of bringing in competition if they didn't include it. So, big surprise, they are attacking the other Republican candidates.

Kind of reminds me of a fist fight at a dirt floor CW bar. What else would you expect from such sterling cleintle? Should anybody expect anything different from Faux News and their "fair and balanced" support for Rudy?

This is important because Fox News has picked their candidate (Rudy), are influential in a certain segment of the populace, and will use their influence to push a candidate rather than impartially report on the various campaigns. Personally, I won't be voting for Fred Thompson, Rudy or an Republican, but it is bad when a media group such as Murdoch's attempts to influence an election and call themselves "fair and balanced" as if they were a real news outlet. I realize that the Chris Wallace show is not a news show per se, but overall they do seem to have a "thing" for Rudy.
