Ousted Pakistani Prime Minister Sharif Registers For Elections

Ousted Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif on Monday registered to run in Pakistan's parliamentary elections next month, while President Gen. Pervez Musharraf prepared to step down as army chief and be sworn in as its civilian leader.

A day after returning from exile, Sharif signed his nomination papers at a court in the eastern city of Lahore. Supporters packed into the courtroom chanted "Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif!"

He's sure blowing alot of hot air. He's already served two terms of a possible two terms to serve. He has alot of baggage to clear up from the last time he was President. There is still the possibility that charges will be laid against him. I think that both him and the country will be better off he pulled the disappearing act again.

Bush's meddling in Pakistan's internal affairs is going to come back to haunt American again. Someone needs to Duct Tape his mouth shut between meals, and take his phones, computers, and video games away from him for another year.

Bush's insistence that Pakistan hold elections against Musharraf's wishes, is likely to get Musharraf, Bhutto, and/or Sharif assassinated, and the assassination of any of them is very likely to throw the nation into total chaos for a long time. All of this because Bush was criticized for his decision to continue working with a dictator when Musharraf declared emergency rule.

Bush either does nothing when things needs to be done, such as Katrina and CA wildfires, or he overreacts and makes the worst decision possible.

This is really scary shit man. This guy gave Pakistan the Bomb. His mercenary mad scientists gave it to North Korea and God knows who else. Bush and Rice sent him in to salvage their narco-state, compliments of Bush's jackoff buddies in the Saudi Royal Family. They even lent him a jet. This is just a forward blocking pattern being deployed to stop Bhutto from gaining power. His soundtruck and parade were all waiting for him in Lahore as he deplaned. How nice of Mr. Pervez to arrange such pleasnatries. It's all an inside play by Coach Rice. Watch the violence factor really ratchet up in the coming weeks...
