Rudy Giuliani said yesterday he "never had any doubt" that if he were president four years ago, he would have invaded Iraq. He said he is now "even more certain" that it was the correct national security move.

"I actually believe that Democrats are going to agree with me on that by the time we get to the general election," the Republican former New York City mayor said. Giuliani addressed a wide range of issues in an hour-long meeting with editors of the New Hampshire Union Leader.

Of course, tough guy Giuliani did his patriotic duty and fought in Vietnam ?Wikipedia should confirm that :

"Giuliani did not serve in the military during the Vietnam War. Upon graduation from NYU Law in 1968, he was classified as 1-A, available for military service. He applied for a deferment but was rejected. In 1969, Judge Lloyd MacMahon wrote a letter to Giuliani's draft board, asking that he be reclassified as 2-A, civilian occupation deferment, because Giuliani, who was a law clerk for MacMahon, was an essential employee. The deferment was granted."

But, I'm sure he said "No judge, please don't send that letter to the draft board. I have to go to Vietnam. I want to. Please, judge, don't do it"

And this friggin lunatic is the leading Rethug candidate. On the other side there's Clinton who can't wait to invade Iran. And if there is another election- and that still is a very BIG if- one of these incredible jerks is going to be our next president. Damn are we in deep shit.

The youtube debate

Anderson
Now we have a question from 3 pominent younger citizens of Duckburg named Huey, Dewey, and Louis

Huey

Hello everyone from Duckburg. Our question is for Mayor Rudy -- We feel our Uncle DONALD is making a mistake supporting you and that DAISY is much wiser supporting Hillary, because you seem to not have the same long term committment to CHILDRENS HEALTH ISSUES as Hillary does, and this is a big deal. If one of us gets sick it could be a matter of life and death. So we would like to know who you are going to appoint to be the Cabinet person who will deal with
childrens health issues?

Rudy Well I welcome your question. MEDICAL costs will be coming down under my administration like computer prices have come down, and everyone will be able to get the best care in the open market. No need for the PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES to waste time on this issue at all.

Anderson
THANKS for the answer Rudy. I hope for your sake Donald finds your answer satisfactory and doesn't switch his vote and support. You know he is very influential..perhaps more so that Opera...and has got an entire network in back of him like you now with Fox. Do you want to add anything?

Rudy...
HEY if Donald isn't happy he can always get applointed to the Cabinet himself and represent
Duckburg in some way. I love Donald like I LOVE THE YANKEES.

Our military is amassing our forces in North America to attack Brazil. With their recent oil finds, our criminal-in-chief thinks that the war-for-oil can pay for itself if we attack another oil nation.

Guilinani: "Never had any doubt" invaiding Iraq was the right decision.

Thanks. This is helpful.

I'm writing a book titled:

"1001 Reasons Guiliani Should Never Be President."

I now have 1,000,001 reasons.

Clearly, I'm going to need a new title, a larger book, and much smaller font.

"Never had any doubt?" This expression is a marker for a seriously stupid, and dangerous, person. Our current POTUS also never has any doubts. Oy.

Would you vote for the candidate who "wants all Americans to have universal health-care coverage and to be eligible for free public education into college" - ?

Someone understands that education - the lack of it - is the reason BushCo was able to pull off the biggest heist in the history of the U.S. He has my vote.

Michael Totten reports from Fallujah:
******

"You're probably safer here than you are in New York City," said Marine First Lieutenant Barry Edwards when I arrived in Fallujah. I raised my eyebrows at him skeptically. "How many people got shot at last night in New York City?" he said.

"Probably somebody," I said.

"Yeah, probably somebody did," he said. "Somewhere."

Nobody was shot last night in Fallujah. No American has been shot anywhere in Fallujah since the 3rd Battalion 5th Marine Regiment rotated into the city two months ago. There have been no rocket or mortar attacks since the summer. Not a single of the 3/5 Marines has even been wounded."
