We told you yesterday that we're going to ask some previous D.C.-based Imus guests whether they would re-appear on his show when it resurfaces.

So we reached out to any D.C. types listed on this MediaMatters roundup of 2007 guests on Don Imus' show.

I could not care less who he has on his show, never liked him, never listened to his show and if Mathews is a guest that will give me one more reason not to see/listen to these bozos.

Without even reading the article I suspect all four. They are all a bunch of hypocrites anyway. Matthews has his head so far up the butts of whoever side proves more popular he could visit his proctologist regularly.

I don't know who is more brainless, Imus or his audience. Try turning off the radio and reading a book for once.

TO LACKEYLOCAL- you are a sad excuse for a human being to be this excited over a morally bankrupt cadaver like imus. maybe when he calls the women in your family ho's you will understand, or is that something you have already done?

Here is the Truth, The Whole Truth, And nothing but the Truth.

It doesn't matter who WANTS to come on Imus' show. He has the final word. He may impose an 8 month penalty on them as they indirectly did to him. Especially the NBC and MSNBC talking heads.

God Bless Imus. 235 days is too long to go without a person with a level head. 4 days and 4 1/2 hours to go.

Imus will be back next Monday. Most Americans believe he was railroaded by a small cadre of Activists for Dollars. (There are several polls which mention this exact point.)
Imus is not and never was the problem. Most Americans stick there heads in the sand when it comes to dealing with real problems in this country. They would rather watch the Skank parade of Brittany, Paris etc on the evening news or the latest white woman who was killed by her asshole boyfriend. They think that they don't have to do anything to protect their rights to free speech or any other right from being stolen away by totalitarian despots.
Thus, the problem of race was never explored after Imus, everyone seemed to go around saying hrrrmph this is awful and then it died. The real racial problems are still there and will fester until they blow up in our faces. But hey Brittany with no panties is much more interesting. Maybe Brittany will be on Imus sans panties?

I don't care if none of them come on the show. I am just glad that Imus is back. He knows how to make an interesting program so I'll just leave it up to him.

In New York, Imus will be on WABC, where the Curtis and Kuby show ( Curtis Sliwa, of the Guardian Angels, with Ron Kuby, the lefty lawyer) consistently whipped Imus in the ratings.

I am angry that the aged creep Imus is replacing what used to be the best morning show in New York.

The Rutgers incident was WAY overblown, but Imus has been a tired, mean-spirited creep for many years. I wish him and his entitled creep of a wife Deirdre the worst luck imaginable. They can rot in hell with their phony ranch and her bullshit cleaning products.

I just read over at TVNewser., that Matthews is going back as is Chris Wallace. I hope Imus remembers that Matthews was pretty nasty in his comments about him. Of course, Matthews, being the little whore that he is, has that silly book of his that he wants to promote. I hope Imus caught the smackdown that Matthews got when he was on The Daily Show.

If I was Imus, I would tell that smug, overpaid ass to go pound sand. Matthews is a phony, windbag.

MSNBC Without Don Imus fared worse than CNN drop of 17% or 396,000 viewers.

Morning Joe down 34% compared with last November when Imus was in the slot.

chris wallace a nd chris matthews have long ago sold their souls, so what is the descent down one one rung to hell to them. any one who appears on or listens to imus really should question their own moral character

Cox will not, immediately after Imus incident, she couldn`t wait to come in one fo the MSNBC show and started saying awful unimportant things about the whole crew, which was not neceassary!
How about Russert who made his millions selling his books, and always was so thrilled to be with Imus.
