Revlon cosmetics mogul Ronald Perelman has sued his most recent former wife, actress Ellen Barkin, and her brother, claiming they drained money from a movie production company they formed together and he financed.

Perelman, 63, alleges that Barkin and her brother, George Barkin, formed Applehead II to compete with Applehead I, the firm the siblings had started with Perelman. He contends they siphoned money from Applehead I to pay for Applehead II.

A spokeswoman for Barkin did not immediately return a call seeking comment Wednesday.

Based on the amounts in dispute and given Perelmans wealth the lawsuit can't possibly be worth it. Obviously he's trying to stick it to his ex. He'll pay more in legal fees then he'll get back from her. Ron, time to let it go and move on.

I don't know who is right in this tiff, and I don't really give a damn.
But one thing I will say is that whoever did the surgery on Barkin's face should get a medal. It is outstanding. It certainly wasn't a hatchet job like Cher or Kenny Rogers or Burt Reynolds or so many others you see on these aging celebs.

And also... what about "FILES LAWSUIT" would lead you to believe this is gossip.
If something is filed in a court of law, it's public record and likely not the whimsical daydreams of a National Enquirer copywriter...
