Clinton And Obama

Associated Press:

Hillary Rodham Clinton suggested Monday that Barack Obama has too little experience and perhaps too much ambition, pressing an increasingly aggressive campaign against her chief rival for the Democratic presidential nomination.

Both candidates were in Iowa, one month before the nation's leadoff caucuses with new polls showing Obama had whittled away her early lead and they were virtually tied among Democrats in the state.

Hillary (and all other candidates) "problem" should be that of addressing the needs of American voters and this nation during a time of war. Any campaign deviation from speaking and acting toward resolving our real problems should receive a resounding thumbs down for foul-play.

I believe that Hillary has had restraint from really telling him off, and waited too long to really put this little boy down. I hate this bumping of greetings that he does with people. This is "a getto gesture" and he should stop. We, I am part black, resent the gesture. I has no class and it looks boyish and immature. I can see this man going to Russia or Germany and using his "hit on the arm shoulder" greeting. It is so inexperience of him to suggest that these types of greeting are acceptable in the modern high society world. And that is where he is striving to get to...or is he going to gather hip-hop music to entertainment the rest of the people in Congress and hit everybody's shoulder in greetings? Stop it, already Obama. I am embarrass of you. Get with the program. It is high society that you are going for. And, have your wife stop discussing your personal hygiene in public too. Maybe you should step down and go for the vice president's position.

Sounds a little Rovian to me. Too much ambition?

What does she call her efforts for the past year and even before that, if not ambition? I'm in it to win!!!! Oh I see, when she has ambition, it's OK. When she has millions in her coffer, because of that ambition, that is not excessive. it's OK. But when someone else comes along and is in a position to kick her ass out of the "front runner" status because they are a formidible oppoinent they have "too much ambition"

I hope she keeps it up because she is beginning to look silly.

Yeah, I bet she did..

Using his papers from third grade to illustrate? Pointing out his poor grammar, spelling, and abnormally large print?

I'm actually shocked at the attacks the Clinton campaign are making. They'd been pretty ridiculous before, trying to bend facts in their favor.. Now they're just going beyond the pale.

Is this what we can expect in the general election, too, if she wins? Finding the subject of every paper written by the Republican in Elementary school?

Now that she's lost her inevitable front-runner status and is losing Iowa polls to Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton has started mudslinging. The Des Moines Register found that Barack Obama has even a 5% lead among Iowa women. The poll also found that by a wide margin, Hillary Clinton has run the most negative campaign. No longer the frontrunner and extremely desperate, the Clinton Machine started churning out baseless attacks on Obama's character.

They even published an article on their website attacking Barack for telling his kindergarten teacher he wanted to be president when he grew up. (I'm not kidding.)

Senator Clinton and her campaign may find it "fun," but this kind of disingenuous attack politics is exactly what turns people off about our political process.

You can set the tone for the next 30 days. Will you respond to these attacks with a donation of $25 right now?

While Barack continues to talk about real problems like the war in Iraq, the tens of millions of uninsured, and the need for fundamental change in Washington, Senator Clinton's personal attacks come from the same, tired textbook of establishment politics.

These attacks are borne out of cynical political calculation, plain and simple.

But if 10,000 people respond to these attacks on Barack in the next 48 hours, we can change the math for them.

She's absolutely right about Obama. He is still wet behind the ears. Clinton, Biden, Dodd, or Richardson have more experience and more on the ball than he has. The whole idea of his ability to bring about change is indicative of how naive he is and how naive he thinks the American public is.
