"Dirty tricks" such as phone calls guiding Iowans to incorrect caucus locations, and push polls, where the caller spreads negative information while pretending to be an opinion pollster, continue to crop up in Iowa.

Late Monday night, Clinton's campaign manager Patti Solis Doyle, sent e-mails to supporters warning them that misinformation is being peddled by telephone in Iowa, as well as in New Hampshire.

Mike Lupica, ace sports columnist for the NY Daily News, has recently been dabbling in political commentary. From this morning's column:

"Reasonable people never thought Giuliani would get the Republican nomination, not after three marriages and an open affair during his second term and Bernie Kerik and the way a hero mayor of Sept. 11 has so many rescue workers mad at him to this day.
"It was supposed to be different with Hillary Clinton, who needs to pick up her game. She's not much of a baseball fan, even if she has tried to act like one in the past. But if she does throw this lead away, people won't just say she faded at the end. They will say something much, much worse about her: that she turned into the Mets."

Don't you think "hate" is a bit extreme, seeing as you do not personally know these candidates.

Think rationally, people.

OK - good.

Now, who here thinks Barak Obama can win in a GOP-induced-Faux-War-On-Terror environment?

Most Americans aren't as sharp as you are...

"Great minds discuss ideas. Average minds discuss events. Small minds discuss people." attributed to Eleanor Roosevelt.
I wish they would all stick to discussing the issues, and stop personal attacks.

Obama didn't vote for Kyl-Lieberman Resolution declaring Iran's Revolutionary Guards, the core of Iran's national army, a terrorist organization. Joe Biden did vote against this and has the guts to talk to Bush personally and let him know if Bush takes action against Iran - Biden will move to get him impeached and Cheney along with him. That's not just change, but action. Obama had a chance to act and did nothing. http://www.joebiden.com/getinformed/speeches?id=0091

As to Iraq - Obama has no plan but Joe Biden does and proposed legislation on Iraq. The political solution Joe Biden has proposed, which is within the framework of the Iraqi constitution, is the only logical way out without leaving chaos behind, by giving more power to local regions with a loose central government. Dodd and Clinton voted for it, Obama was not there for the vote but has said it "might be the way to go."

Obama - no I don't so. Joe Biden is the one with the action and history of bringing about change - it's not just a slogan for him, his words are put into action, and his reputation can be trusted.

If Obama doesn't want to respond to Hillary will he respond to the voters who elected him and vote in the Senate, or is his strategy just to do nothing rather than make a mistake? Not voting as a Senator on Iran and Iraq is a mistake.

Obama is taking the advise he got from Karl Rove and is attempting to steal the election early-right out of Rove's playbook. And he is using fat Oprah to distract from his complete and utter shallowness. Don't you just love how the super rich believe they can influence politics. Maybe she can give each voter a car for their vote too.

This claim by Sen. Clinton has already been shown to be false - in less than a few hours after the Clinton campaign put out their charges. Read the details at Talking Points Memo Election Central:

It turns out that the receipients of these "dirty tricks" don't even remember for sure whether it was from Obama's campaign, and that there weren't actually any "tricks" involved - just two supporters for candidates arguing about issues.

When you discover that the person you're fighting with only wants to hurt you instead of resolve the problem, it's time to get out of the relationship because it's turned abusive.

Good for Obama because it has become clear that Hillary has one thing and one thing in mind only - to see to it that Obama gets hurt. Fortunately, he's not into abuse.

When Animals attack.

Television - Time was when squirrels, bears and deer knew their place. Now they aren't just for roadkill anymore! They're getting behind the wheel and flipping off the police just like everybody else.

I don't know what's more pathetic: the idiocy manifested here by the hardcore Obamaphobes, or the slimeball tactics of the sHrillary machine. Obama's non-response for smart. Why waste your time responding to childish BS? Let her play--alone!--in the mud box. I see Edwards has nixed the attacks...Perhaps it was a strategy to knock thunder thighs off her stride. If so, it certainly was effective. She's looking less "presidential" by the minute. She's showing here true self, which was vital for the electorate to witness before January. In fact, unless she quickly changes course, her campaign will undoubtedly implode in her Janus-face. Obama-Gore '08!

If you don't force people to buy healthcare and penalize them instead then you are not a democrat either, who cares if it's two REPUBLICAN governors that have tried to mandate health care (Romney and Arnold).

If you disagree with Hillary you are mudslinging, pushing republican talking points and are not a real democrat.

If you opposed the war in Iraq you are not a democrat because she supported it.

If you followed the advice of the Illinois planned parenthood to cast your vote on abortion then you are not a democrat.

If your kindergarten essay said you wanted to be president you are sent by the right wing conspiracy to deny her of her rights.

The Clinton campaign is now attacking the ambitions of a five year old. Talk about desparate and sad.
