"Desperate Housewives" star Teri Hatcher is being told to pucker up and pay $2.4 million to a skin care products company that says she promoted the wrong lip gloss.

Filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on Tuesday, Hydroderm's lawsuit claims that a 2005 agreement with ISBE Productions, Hatcher's production company, stipulated that Hatcher would not endorse other competing products as part of a $2.4 million endorsement deal.

According to the suit, last summer the company learned Hatcher was also promoting CityLips, a lip plumper made by City Cosmetics which competes with Hydroderm's lip plumper, called Volumizing Lip Serum.

Seems to me the lip plumper is not working!
I think it is proof enough not to buy that product.

Her lips look like they could use a plumper. I don't think she's the best ad for one.

Of course, they don't really work well enough to be worth it. Injections work, but leave you with fish mouth.
