Republican presidential hopeful Rudolph Giuliani reaffirmed yesterday that he continues to hold a financial stake in the security consulting firm he launched after leaving the New York mayor's office, and said the company's client list will continue to remain confidential. Speaking on NBC's Meet the Press, Giuliani defended the arrangement, saying the public is already aware of every "significant" client of Giuliani Partners. "Just about every single client of Giuliani Partners, which is my security company, has been discussed, has been examined, certainly every significant one," he said. There has been considerable media attention given to Giuliani's private business associations. For the past year, though, Giuliani has declined to identify his clients on the grounds that they entered into confidentially agreements with his firm.

"The things we have done with them are honorable, ethical, useful, and helpful." And, what exactly, are those "things" ???

RUDY didn't dodge any questions and answered emphatically he wouldn't and 'couldn't' release client lists. Opening oneself up for legal liability and multi-million dollar lawsuits for breach of contract is not wise.

Admitting he made a mistake and taking full responsibility for it,is 'bad', right?

if he didn't have something to hide, he would release the list.

'nuff said.

I watched him on Meet The Press. Rudy is a big liar. Every question that Tim posed to Rudy about his past and his connections, Rudy said was above board. I say NOT!!! He also said he is allowed to make mistakes. If President those mistakes cost others their lives. Rudy has no qualifications to be President. The same could be said of the Dems top runners.

Talk about profiting off 9/11 and keeping it all hush hush hush and then running for president where security is the number one thing..oh LORD
Rudy is right out of the Roman Empire and now wants to be Emperor with mistress--driven--around--while--cental park is unpatrolled--now the wife JUDY -- SO watch what you say -- cause marriage is sacred ---even if its serial.
.....Seriously the very idea of a attorney like Rudy claiming confidentiality and seriously running for PRESIDENT IS
ABSOLUTELY
A
TOTAL
COMPLETE
MOCKERY OF THE PUBLIC
and assumes they will
continue to take him
seriously. Think of the downfall of Richard
NIXON....CRACKS WILL soon appear....the
affront to integrity of the office is glaring...
MOREOVER, HIS ARGUMENT judy got driven around becasue the police demanded it is
OVER THE TOP.....LETS SAY THE MAYOR
HAD A FAVORITE HOOKER DOWN
ON THE BOWERY HE LIKED TO VISIT WEEKLY
FOR A LITTLE LOVIN...
would the NYPD STAND GUARD OVER THE HOOKER
24.7??? which she condudcted business as usual
it is right out of Dick Tracey and MAD
AND IS WAY OVER THE TOP
makes the Craig episode look like fluff...
THE POINT --- AT THE TIME judy was just
the mayors mistress, and should have paid
...her own taxi fare to PENNSYSLANCIA rather than pulling nypd officiers off patrolling central park where as a conseuqnence muggings and rapeing no doubt occurred which otherwise would not have...

Oooh! Confidentiality agreements! Of course, then everything is jake.

Nothing must take priority over confidentiality agreements among international thieves, otherwise known as "corporations."
Of course!

Nothing trumps self-serving "agreements," most convenient, don't you know!

I wonder why??? We know Rudy likes to dress as a woman, I think most of us know that St. Rudy is really better imagined with horns and a pitchfork. Because like his buddy Dumbya, he has attracted the neocons and all the corruption, treason, war profiteering and lies. Rudy, you are sinking faster than the Titanic.

There are lots of Arab-sounding names on that list, aren't there? That's o.k. with the GOPers. Apparently they have the amazing ability to distinguish between what they consider "good" Arabs and "bad" Arabs. The "bad" Arabs do business with Democrats and the "good" Arabs do business with GOPers, right?

Anyone who wants to be President of the United States should not have this kind of secret list. This would imply secret relationships with people, countries and organizations we know anything about. If he can't give a list of international clients he's done business with then he needs to be disqualified. Hillary was made to give up her Rose Law Firm records over bullshit.
Give it up Rudy or go home.

Good - keep your mouth shut, Rudina. And watch your campaign go down the drain - as it should!

What a stupid man.

What a lame story - of course he cannot release a list of companies he does business with, particularly if there are confidentiality agreements.

The story gives the reason he won't release the list (which makes complete sense) and then the headline shows that the person who wrote the headline either did not the story, or failed to grasp what a confidentiality agreement is all about.
