AP:

His shot at the Republican presidential nomination in jeopardy, Mitt Romney will begin running a TV ad against Iowa front-runner Mike Huckabee on illegal immigration starting Tuesday while weighing how much negative campaigning he can add to the methodical plan he's followed all year.

The ad says the former governors have a lot in common -- but not on illegal immigration, an important issue in Iowa, which will lead off nomination voting with its caucuses on Jan. 3.

Please let all the GOP candidates destroy each other & leave only bat-shit crazy Tom Tancredo as their standard bearer. Most of the GOP would probably vote for him anyway.

I hope that all of the Republican candidates use their "swiftboating" campaign techniques against each other. Hopefully, when all is said and done, America will see clearly what thinking Democrats have known for decades -- that the Republican party is bereft of ideas and is morally bankrupt, worshiping the almighty dollar above all else.

Well it's about time. Bring on the mud! I prefer mud instead of the constant references to imaginary friends and fathers.

Romney is not very gracious towards Mexicans considering Mexico took in his Grandparents when they were on the lam from the US Authorities. Those with an exalted opinion of their own virtue are often missing even a dollop of human compassion. Save us Jesus from your followers.

Please stop wasting space on Republican candidates. I want to hear more about the Democratic candidates whose names do not start with Cl or Ob.

Dennis Kucinich has handily won three nationwide polls. http://www.dennis4president.com/go/newsroom/democrat-base-gives-kucinich-third-major-win-in-nationwide-poll/

He came in #1 in two ABC News online polls after a debate. You have to look hard for those - try YouTube - because ABC News scrubbed them. He came in #2 in California.

Kucinich on the issues reflects the wishes of a majority of Americans. Out of Iraq. Cut off war funding. Single-payer health care. Investigate the Bush administration. Impeach Cheney.

Despite having taken nearly every Evangelical Christian caucus attender out to dinner at their favorite Iowa steakhouse and promising them veto power for any SCOTUS nominee, Romney is now learning that this faction of the Republican Party isn't going to vote for the Mormon as long as they have other viable candidates.

It won't matter that Huckabee was a sucker for jailhouse conversions and let some very dubious characters out. Praise Jeezus. Huckabee is one of them. He talks their language. He not only shares their beliefs but works on everyone's salvation. Romney can't beat that nor expect logic to work because this isn't about rational thinking.

There will be no sanity in discussing or thinking about Huckabee. Minds are made up. Romney might as well save his money and go to Plan B, which is to join forces with Huckabee. Romney will offer him the VeeP spot. Together they will destroy what is left of the Republican coalitions and take it down in one of the largest losses in electoral history.

Huckabee pardoned a rapist murderer as a sop to people who hated Bill Clinton and is currently lying about it day by day. Yet, Romney goes after his stance on immigration.

Good. Let 'em drag each other down.

With all those mormon skeletons in his closet, it would be smart for Romney to lay low on Huckabee. The great story about Huckabee is that he has demonstrated how a second tier guy can overcome the lack of media coverage and become a serious contender. He's no prize, but he's less beholden to the corporate lobbyists than guiliani and mccain. Too bad he is beholden to the christomic fundamentalist terrorists. Now if only a second tier candidate could emerge on the donkey side of things!

When Candidate A attacks Candidate B, Candidate B sinks in the polls, but Candidate also sinks a little. In a two-person race, that means that going negative works, because it hurts you, but hurts your opinion more.

In a race with more than two, both candidates sink, so that Candidate C wins. In 2004, Gephardt went after Dean, causing Dean to sink in Iowa and Gephardt fell as well. Kerry was the main benefactor.

Who will be Candidate C in this scenario? My bet is on McCain, since Giuliani is imploding right now.

commandment from the Democratic side.
Dennis this. Hillary that.
Edwards is great. Obama sucks.

Look. This is why we have a retard president.

By the way, where is Ralph?
I got a sock full of nickels I'd like to hit him over the head with.

Odd the Mormon now violates Reagan's eleventh commandment.
But will Billo?

He tries to present a food fight among Democrats every night.
Keep your eye on FOX.
Bet they obfuscate the whole thing.

The exception? It helps Rudy.
