It was bad enough when American foreign policy became "My God is better than your God". Now it's infected domestic politics too? Doesn't this illustrate the absolute need for a separation of Church and State? And in Christian mythology, aren't Jesus and the Devil brothers? I'm not a practicioner of Christian mythology, but I always thought that in the myth, Jesus and the Devil were brothers. Or God and the Devil. I'm sure there is some relationship in Christian mythology.

Concentrate on the fact that as governor of Arkansas he faced many ethics violations and fines for his behavior. He was easy on crime by signing many pardons - especially the Dumond pardon. He wants to give illegal aliens subsidies to go to college, etc. Wake up people - the Mormon attacks are simply to curry favor of evangelicals and lead you away from actually seeing his record in Arkansas.

First, anyone who believes in the devil is not willing to analyze the human psyche. The Devil has been a convenient excuse for a lack of self control. "The Devil made me do it" is a bullshit excuse.

Second, it is assumed that if you follow the teachings of Jesus that you MUST acknowledge his divinity. For some reason, a philosophy is not enough. It has to inexplainably be attributed to God.

And Third, if God is everything, he must be both good and bad, up and down and all things. If God is so great and powerful, how the hell can you think that you speak for God?

There are societies on this planet that would jail me for saying such stuff. I just hope that we don't become one of them.
