So,

Meat will prevent diabetes?

Last time I checked, vegetarians had less obesity and lived longer with less heart disease. If they had diabetes they would have much increased heart disease.

Looks like the Atkins folks and the beef counsel have brainwashed you.

Meat free? Don't you mean fast track to diabetic? Read up on that good old hormone insulin.
