I Like ItI Don’t Like It

Daily Mail :

So at last the biggest secret of motherhood is out. For every woman who gives birth then sinks back blissfully into the pillows, there are scores like me who sit bolt upright, eyes wide with fear and think: "Oh my God, what have I done?"

Yes, it was challenging at times to be the mother of small children, but with patience, ingenuity, love, and a sense of humor, I and my husband got through it. I look back on those years as the happiest of my life. I would very gladly do it over again. My kids brought me so much joy, and, as young adults, still do. It is not a cult, it is what life is about.

Only a moonbat Liberal would characterize the most wonderful thing in life as a "cult". Of course that stems from a metal problem of "ME, ME, ME" so many Liberals suffer.

If it was not for Liberals psychiatrists and psychologist would not exist.

What about overpopulation?

There are too many people in the world for us all to live comfortably and the problem is only going to get worse.

Everyone talks about having kids like it is incredibly noble. Well, I think it is a privilege, perhaps even an indulgence. I love my kids, but refuse to have more than two.

I can understand the reason for women to go back to work is for self-esteem-but according to new studies women who do stay at home develope more empathy for others as a result of staying home and raising kids. I don't think there is an accross-the-board solution right for everyone-it's personal choice. My daughter needs me just as much in her teen years as she did as a baby-just indifferent ways.
I did not like the infant years. I felt very much like a single parent-unfortunately those feelings did not go away. So many men who see thier wives stay home-use this as some excuse to put THIER role in childrearing onto the mom. I guess it's some cave-man mentality that men have to go out and forage for food while women tend to the kids.Guess that's why I never had more than one child-I already felt like a single parent since he traveled so much. I didn't want to make it harder on myself or our family by having another.

Hey lets let you in on a dirty little secret ladies. Bringing up babies SUCKS! All that stuff we men spout about how it's the greatest most important job in the world? LIES. EVERY WORD OF IT, LIES LIES LIES. I mean , if we actually belived it don't you think we'd make you women go out and become brain surgeons and carpenters, and sailors. while WE stayed home with the brats all these millenia?

For my part I'm so glad I don't have kids I don't know what to do. I don't feel the need to prove my virility by filling a womb, don't need a dozen strong backs to help me bring in the crops (what crops?), and mutual funds look a lot more help in taking care of me when I get old than most people's kids seem to be. Most parents I know work so many hours to bring home the bacon they aren't exactly accumulating many Kodak moments anyway, so I don't think I'm missing out on much in that department.

That's the next step in women's lib, admitting the horrible truth about the whole business. And finding out ways to spread the horror around a little more.

Screw this woman. If you bring a child into the world, I really couldn't give two craps how you feel, or whether you are happy. You have a responsibility to that child.

Liberals always talk about sacrifice for the common good. Conservatives only ask people to sacrifice for your own family (family values).

I'm so sick of these whining idiots. Grow up.
