A new poll indicates there is racial tension between African-Americans, the majority of whom were born in the United States, and both Hispanic and Asian immigrants. The study also showed that views on the justice system differed widely among ethnicities, with 71 percent of blacks saying the system "favors the rich and powerful." Only 45 percent of Hispanics and 27 percent of Asians agreed with that statement.
