9/11 Commission Chair: "No Question" CIA Tried "To Impede Our Investigation"

Well really when you think about it the CIA was just doing what it always does. The cladestine wars, the drug trafficing, the infiltration of foreign governments in order to destabilze that government. Problem is though they are not supposed to operate within the US, but it seems as the years go by they are.

The 9/11 Commission in itself was an Inside Job (Philip Zelikow), watch this movie and see how even the family members of the 9/11 victims were thrown into the backseat.

Also, why was nothing done to any of the other Agencies that outright lied to the commision.

Funding - nothing (make some comparisons).

Time to get to the bottom of things - none (again compare).

Restricted access to everyone on the commission minus 2 of them, the others just followed along - outright criminality.

So much for 9/11 being a very big deal to Bush...... business as usual!

Obvious 911 Commission "Conspiracy" with CIA-FBI 911 Skulduggery!

I wish this 911 Chairman would explain,since he's suddenly being so forthright and honest,why his Commission never asked for let alone demanded,to see all the video tapes of the 911 Pentagon hit/explosion?

For the 9-11 commision to say that the CIA "tried to impede their investigation" is very misleading. The CIA with a greenlight from the justice department and the whitehouse did indeed impede the investigation.To say that "they tried" implies that they failed to impede the investigation which is not the case. The 9-11 commission's so called investigation wasn't to determine all the facts of the event, but rather to sweep everything under the rug hoping that that would be the end of it. They better think again.

The CIA was reasonable in protecting sensitive information that could hurt our cause.

Hume, that would be me, TRYING, continually. moving toward the light. I am a progressive Christian who wants all others to stay on THE journey, asking questions, and demanding our leaders to be fair minded, but never force one's beliefs on another. For me, the Invitation to the Lord's Table was just that, an invitation, and not the brutal tactics I see today of strapping one down, slamming the IV in, and injecting the spirit. Hume, I do see many Christians who do exhibit the Fruits of The Spirit in their daily lives, as I do in many non-believers. I think they are in Galatians 5, Not sure though, and there are 8 or 9.
