It's a toss-up! Us blames money-grubbing stage mama Lynne Spears. Star blames alleged bed-jumping non-good-girl lying liar Jamie Lynn. Wait a second, don't these girls have a father? Why doesn't anyone ever blame him? Aha, he does exist, as one-half of his pregnant daughter's namesake (along with his ex-wife) and apparently the wet blanket of the family. Well, with that kind of attitude he doesn't deserve any of the Jamie Lynn pregnancy money! Meanwhile, Dr. Phil thinks Lynne Spears is doing a fine job as a mother. Well then, case closed.
