Amy Winehouse has been summoned to appear in court in Bergen after appealing her fine for marijuana possession.

"I can confirm that she must appear in court," Bergen police spokeswoman Liv Karlsen said Thursday. "If one appeals a conviction, it's the rule that one has to appear in person, so this is not surprising."

The 24-year-old British singer-songwriter and her husband, Blake Fielder-Civil, were arrested in Bergen on Oct. 18 and held overnight on charges of illegal drug possession.

Since when does Norway have courts? I know the Brits don't have a constitution, but Norway has courts now? Jeezus, it's the 21st century! And since when is fucking pot illegal in Norway? That place is so fucking depressing they should hand it out at the border. Jack Out.

What a voice.........I hope she learns to enjoy drugs, instead of over doing them to her detriment. Everything is great in moderation, even smack. I hope she produces real music for a long time, and stays a down to earth Brit for the rest of her life. A little guidance and this kid can go a long way. My favorite female singer at the moment.
