Fred Thompson is an old, out of touch actor who has found that without a Hollywood script writer he has nothing of value to say. The idea that no woman should be elected next year is not just a reflection on Hillary Clinton, it's a sign of the redneck values of this old southern misogynist. And who needs him....not even Law and Order, anymore.

I have an idea for Fred Thompson's next campaign ad:

The opening scene is a bus stop occupied by women, waiting for their ride.

The camera zooms in on a bus approaching the stop. The bus stops with the door opening to reveal Fred Thompson ala Ralph Kramden, behind the drivers' seat.

Two women in front of the line look up at Thompson with disdain, then look at each other shaking their heads 'NO'.

They yell back at the rest of the waiting ladies, "The driver's that rude bastard Thompson." Then all the ladies shake their heads in disbelief, agreeing to wait.

The door closes while the bus slowly pulls off to the strains of AC-DC's "Highway To Hell"...
