Giuliani Surrogate: Rudy Will 'Chase Muslims Back To Their Caves'

Rudy

John Deady, a designated surrogate for Rudy Giuliani's presidential campaign, and a leader with a group called "Veterans for Rudy," was caught on video making some jaw-dropping comments about Muslims. Here's what Deady said about Giuliani:

"He's got I believe the knowledge and the judgment to attack one of the most difficult problems in current history and that is the rise of the Muslims, and make no mistake about it, this hasn't happened for a thousand years. These people are very, very dedicated and they're also very smart, in their own way. We need to keep the feet to the fire and keep pressing these people until we defeat or chase them back to their caves -- or in other words get rid of them."

I completely agree with most of these blogs. Rudy would absolutely be worse than Bush/Chaney, and he would be more corrupt than Bush/Chaney, and even that would be difficult for the average candidate to do. I really hope that this man is not going to be our next President, but with the U.S. voting for Bush overwhelmingly the second time, anything is possible with a country full of those kinds of idiots!

Isn't it typical of Republicans that they can't accept living in a cave as a valid alternative lifestyle?
Not everyone has a gay male couple to go and shack up with, or a mistress on Long Island, when we can't sleep in the mansion because our wife and kids are there.
Only a Republican, and specifically a Giuliani supporter (from the gun control, pro-abortion, multiply divorced, adultery commiting branch), would point a finger at cave dwellers.

comments like these are like presents all wrapped up nice and neat for bin laden.

His posture might be a case of compensatory aggressiveness following the surgery. The finger might be a painful memory of the frequent prostate exams. A sad case, indeed...

He needs a matching balcony to deliver his speeches.

Now, from the folks that brought you the Crusades: Crusades II, The Rudy Years.

Maybe we should just drive these folks back to their basilicas in Italy.

I had to live under Giuliani's reign as Mayor of NYC. I damn sure do not want this man in the white house. All he can talk about is terrorism and his bragging about 9/11 is nothing but hot air. This man did nothing to prevent 9/11 and used ground zero for a series of photo-ops. I hope the early voting states see through this phony and put an end to his presidential aspirations.

Well, since Cheney has been living in a cave for the last seven years, maybe he knows where theres' some prime cave property.
Republicans, putzes, all of them.

I think we should chase Christians back to their caves. How does that grab ya? This kind of talk is pure pandering. It's regressive, insulting, and stupid.

Yeah, "chasing them back to their caves" is a great way to deal with an entire religious sect.
I'm sure Jesus would have said the same thing.

That's a scary shot of Rudolf (aka Il Douche, aks Nosferatu). What is he going to do to that microphone? Truth, or dare. Jack Out.

Mr. Deady, you are an old fool. "Smart in their own way????" Perhaps you should reassess that line as it makes you look particularly dumb (in your own way, of course). Rudy doesn't seem quite capable of much of anything these days, except perhaps chasing a girlfriend to Long Island.

What exactly is the plan for going after those pesky Muslims? If your boy Rudy knows how to do this, why hasn't he offered up a method of accomplishment? Is it perhaps that he's been a bit busy mopping up all his lame-ass mistakes?
