Congrats, Jimmy, on earning big bucks for pretending to be stupid and not being funny, which earned you the right to bid for the affections of an attractive, successful woman.

As the heir apparent to Adam Sandler, Fallon was so utterly in love with himself, and so singularly unfunny, he helped to perpetuate the decline of comedy standards (at least in New York), and the ruination of Saturday Night Live. With Fallon, and the overrated Tina Fey, came the era of laughing at your own jokes- something viewers hadn't been "treated" to since the Carol Burnett Show.

Perhaps now Lorne Michaels will stop trying to staff the show with unfunny, teen beat candidates and try to bring it back to its roots.

For some reason, New York City chose to slather Fallon on billboards at JFK airport. All that's left to say is please, Jimmy Fallon, go far away. Make toothpaste commercials if you must, but don't force us to experience your narcissism.

I can't imagine what the Hollywood 'Suits' were thinking when they thought Jimmy Fallon could carry (or co-star in) a film, but I assume they're producing PSA adverts in Witchita now (if there's any justice to be had).

The only good thing about Fallon's movie "career" is how quickly & utterly it failed.
