Bhutto Tried To Hire US Security Guards, Including Blackwater

Washington Times:

Benazir Bhutto was so fearful for her life that she tried to hire British and American security firms, including Blackwater, to protect her, but Pakistani President Pervez Musharraf refused to allow the foreign contractors to operate in Pakistan, her aides said.

"She asked to bring in trained security personnel from abroad," said Mark Siegel, her U.S. representative. "In fact, she and her husband repeatedly tried to get visas for such protection, but they were denied by the government of Pakistan."

Musharraf owed his position to stay in power from Al Qeada and the Taliban. Benazir went back to Pakistan to run again for the third time at the urging of Bush and Condi; only Benazir can give the US and NATO greater control with the northern part of Pakistan that serves as a escape route for Al Qeada, Taliban & Kashimiri who unite forces now to duke it out with US forces and NATO in Afghanistan. Pakistani intelligence supplies intel to Al Qeada. Why would Musharraf agrees for international security to guard Benazir? Bush could have insisted with Musharraf to allow international security, he didn't.

There's no democracy under a dictatorial form of government; Bush and Condi have been fooling the American people to the tune of $10 billions, half of the said money cannot be accounted. That's what this administration has been giving to Musharraf. Pakistan now is the center of terrorism.

Why would the streets where her assassination was executed be power washed within 1 hr of the crime ?

Ms. Bhutto was sacrificed by the US in trying to displace Musaraf who was moving away from the West and was of no further use to the US. He struck back by taking out the most prized US asset, and that is all there is.

Now al-Qaeda is more useful to Musaraf then the US is, and the US is by the balls and will pay to Musaraf for a long time, like it paid to Saddam.

Ms. Bhutto’s Dad, who was hanged in revenge for the stuff he did when he was in power, established PPP in Pakistan, and it appears that the family thinks they own the so called PPP, as it is willed to the 19 years old! The wonderful democracy Ms. Bhutto was to establish!
