New Mexico Governor Bill Richardson's goal in Thursday's Iowa caucuses is to finish in the top three among Democratic Presidential candidates. To do so, he'll probably need to eclipse either Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton or John Edwards. In the latest Des Moines Register Poll Richardson is a distant fourth -- 14 to 17 percentage points behind his better-known opponents. The UpTake's Rodger Routh is a long-time Iowa resident.
