Campaign AdWatch: Now Playing At The Rudy Giuliani Terrorporn Grindhouse

If you're like most Americans, then buried within the mists and cobwebs of your memory is the image of Rudy Giuliani. Remember him? Mayor of 9/11? Buddies with that mobbed-up dolt he pimped as the head of the Department of Homeland Security? Loves nothing more than a quiet evening of waterboarding and alienating his offspring? Yeah...that guy! Whatever happened to him? Well, he's polling in the single digits in Iowa and is a real nowhere man in New Hampshire. Last we heard, he was building his firewall in Florida - probably SeaWorld adjacent - and hoping to last long enough to compete in states like New York and New Jersey.

The net impact of this strategy? Basically, no one in all the world is talking about his candidacy anymore. So what's America's Mayor to do? Crash the conversation with an ad that will scar your very soul, that's what! And this as is so jaw-droppingly terrifying that it's become the first campaign ad I can recall to come with this YouTube warning: "This video or group may contain content that is inappropriate for some users, as flagged by YouTube's user community."

Is it, as they say, "NSFW?" Folks, it's not safe for anywhere. And that's just the way Rudy wants it! (To say nothing of John Deady!)

Terrorism is an extreme form of racism and I really cannot see Rudy handling this well. Racism does not seem to be high on his list of issues. But the sad thing is, I am not sure any of the current candidates will be able to handle the increasing terrorism in the world and in the US. You know that an attack in the US is coming and can you honestly say that one of the candidates will have the guts to confront this? bin Laden is dead (Bhutto stated that in her David Frost interview in Nov.) so I'm not sure why Rudy (or Bush) is using this as an excuse for power/war.

Rudy is a cross dresser who has 9/11 tourettes and had his moment in the sun when we were all stunned and mortally wounded. I doubt that we would have missed him had he not been there and someone was. After the damage he went to all the baseball games instead of doing anything useful. Oh and yeah he had that little affair thing while he was married and used his police and security like errand boys for her. AND he failed to give the police and fire fighters decent radios so just maybe there would be even one less dead for it.

Hopefully none of their worn out tactics and strategies will make any difference in those who actually pay attention. Her days are numbered and running out, Let's keep her put of things a give these new guys a chance to do the things they have announced for months they will do.
