Less than 2 weeks ago Benazir Bhutto was assassinated by a gunmen at close range. I DON'T CARE IF YOUR MOTHER TERESA(God rest her soul) you don't go pushing around candidates SECURITY. Look at John Wilks Booth, he was the Brad Pitt of his day and no one suspected he's become an ASSASSIN.

Assaulting a security guard has nothing to do with the Constitution. O'really was not standing with the press, he chose to stand where the public gets to shake the candidate's hand. The man working security was doing his job by the rules. I hope he takes the little pi**er to court.

Maybe he's referring to the 9th amendment:

"The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people."

In other words, there's no specific line in the Constitution that says 'Bill O'Reilly shall not be a total dick". So he's got a free hand.
