Bush Jerusalem

AFP:

Lights in the Old City of Jerusalem will be turned off before dawn this week so visiting US President George W. Bush can get a better view of the sun rising over its ancient walls.

Bush, who arrives in the Middle East on Wednesday for a visit lasting more than a week, had made a request to watch the sun rise over the Old City from his suite at the King David Hotel, a municipal spokesman said on Tuesday.

To make the scene more dramatic, the authorities have decided to turn off the lights illuminating the limestone walls before dawn on Thursday and Friday, the spokesman told reporters.

How can you possibly have peace when Hamas the legitimately elected government of the West Bank and Gaza is not participating?

First Bush insists that the Palestinians hold fair democratic elections then we refuse to abide by the results.

Can anything be more exasperating and frustrating than watching Olmert and Bush drool all over themselves with praise for each other?

These two warmongering dangerous heads of state are rapidly destroying the stability of the world, how can anyone take all their hypocritical rhetoric seriously.

More importantly how did America ever elect such a stupid vile bigot?

Bush makes me ashamed to be an American, Obama makes proud to be an American again.

I think this link might be in violation of huff post's comments policy about wishing harm to someone. (Although I notice this has chaned in the last day)

All I can say is that Bush "the prince of darkness" is, in all likelihood, visiting with Israel to plot and plan an attack upon Iran.
Watch and see, once coordinated, whether via a false-flag or whatever reason, all hell may break loose once they get their ducks in a row.

Shall we start calling him the President of Darkness?

The gushing over Bush's courage and sacrifice by Olmert was by far the most disgusting thing about this trip made six years too late. The Likudists are definitely part of the world wide fascist conspiracy brought to us by the Kool-aide drinkers.

$75,000 an hour is the cost to fly his ass in Air Force One. To do what? Piss off more people. Now he's rattling the sabres again. He won't be happy till he starts another war.

Maybe he should look to the South, where Israel is dropping bombs on the Palestinian territories, compliments of the United States. He can see the wall Israel is building, paid for by the United States. Give him the Grand de Tour of the Gaza Strip, where their electricity is turned off 8 hours a day, the bulldozers are tearing down their homes, compliments of the Israel occupation supported by the United States of America.

Wow. That's our our Billions of dollars in aid for Israel buys, huh?

A pretty sunrise for Bush to watch from his hotel room while still in his robe and slippers.

And what about the people who have to drive around that morning without street lights? Or the people who stumble around their homes trying to get ready for work?

F#CK EM! Bush wants a pretty sunrise!

The Prince of Darkness is now the "Prince of Peace". With all the upheaval, death and destruction in the Middle East caused by the failed policies of Bush/Cheney and the unpopularity and dislike of these two war profiteers back in the states, Israel is welcome to keep him--it's going to take a long time to repair the damage done to America by Bush and his enablers in and out of congress.

Bush came to Istanbul once, while I happened to be there. Most of the "old town", Sultanhamet, was completely closed for more than a day so that he could, among other things, have DINNER at Topkapi palace. That's a bit like us closing off all of central DC for a day so someone can have lunch at the Smithsonian.

Shop-owners shut down their stores, and many people were kept from their homes. Roads through large portions of the city were completely blocked off to both cars and foot traffic. Not that my troubles equaled theirs, but man, I got one hell of a sunburn walking an extra mile and a half around to the place I was staying.

Anyway, just more evidence that this kind of shit happens all the time: whole cities are turned upside down for the pleasure of the Emperor.

There is now conclusive evidence that crime pays.
And, Israel is now becoming an accessory to the crimes. Good job!
