Hillary Clinton Jon Stewart
Last night on "The Daily Show," taped when everyone believed Barack Obama would handily win the New Hampshire primary and before pundits started dissecting whether Hillary's tears actually helped her win, Jon Stewart reacted to the media circus surrounding Hillary's "emotional breakdown."

"That's it? That's the emotional breakdown that blows the election for her? I'm glad no one here ever sees me get a flu shot," Stewart said.

Face it if Hillary wasn't a woman we'd be talking about her "joe-mentum" right now.

BTW I'm not insulting Hillary supporters when I say they fell for her schtick. They are insulting themselves by falling for her schtick.

She's put all questioning of her actual record out of bounds by making her campaign about emotion. but if you question the sincerity of the emotion you're being mean, or sexist, or even misogynistic. So Hillary has taken ALL substance out of this race.

The truly hilarious that Jon failed to juxtapose was Bill Clinton's teary oneupmanship "I knew Hillary could do it,(tear) I am sooooooooo
proud of her(tear, tear) I have so much respect for her. (wipe away a big fat wet tear)
turning around and Mugging for the camera and that Hillary is how you make not one but a river of crocodile tears.
I am so still gonna be THE first Mister,
Not (A)First Mister. But I can turn it on like a mister, mister.

She typifies much of whats wrong with the USA politics today. She and Bill are two bookends that lack self knowledge and are in truth self centered narcicists. They are very intelligent, capable and accomplished professionals but these "gifts" they have are used in self service not public service. This discordance between outward and inward make up as its uncovered will and has led to an increased cynicicm and anger of the voter. We need politicians who run for office because theywant to get things done rather than get the "credit" for getting things done.A great man (or women) at core runs to "serve" rather than to "be served". This is the difference between a Reagan or a Clinton.

ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Is right! That's no emotional breakdown. And Hillary won New Hampshire by 2 percentage points. WOW! I hope people see through her phoney tears. And phoney laughs. All she is to me? Another puppet for the wealthy.

Come on Jon...it was HillBilly Show at its best! What a plan...Hill does the almost tears with her mike positioned just right so she is heard. Then shortly after Bill does his "Fairy Tale" speech. Then the Clinton campaign leaks to the press that $$$s a drying up and people may be leaving.....all this done less than 24 hours before the polls open...BUT, in time to hit the local and 24/7 news. Yessir, the HillBilly Show did a "gotcha" ;)

My dream team for this country would be Hillary as President and John Edwards as VP. I like Barak, but he seems so young and inexperieced, though he might have my vote in 12 years, he just isn't experienced enough for right now. I haven't heard what he will do as President, just lots of sound bites said with enthusiasm and a big goofy smile which isn't enough for me to take him seriously. Hillary is ready right now, which is just what we need! She has been groomed for this job all of her life, and her first man wuld be one hell of an adviser to her an us. Look at the BIG picture. We need someone who can clean up after Bush and see how bad he has screwed the country, we don't have time for someone to get their feet wet or cut their baby teeth.

It is absurd the line that if a man is against Hillary it has to do with him being scared of Mommy or something stupid like that. Elanor Roosevelt would have made a great president. I would vote for Feinstein for president. The problem is Hillary herself, NOT that she is a woman. It is just that she totally rubs me the wrong way and I don't like her politics (e.g. she was on the board of Walmart, she supported the fuckedup bankruptcy bill, etc.). I detest her as a person, the same way I detest a man like Rudy. She just comes off as a strident phony. And a big thing too is that people who worked in the White House said she was an asshole in the way she treated people. So she is arrogant. I detest arrogant people, and I do not want her mug in my house every day.

Doesn't say much for the intelligence of the American electorate. And that comes as a surprise to anyone?
