Last night on "The Daily Show," taped when everyone believed Barack Obama would handily win the New Hampshire primary and before pundits started dissecting whether Hillary's tears actually helped her win, Jon Stewart reacted to the media circus surrounding Hillary's "emotional breakdown."

"That's it? That's the emotional breakdown that blows the election for her? I'm glad no one here ever sees me get a flu shot," Stewart said.

Check out the comments on other blogs that dealt with this subject..the nutters are out in force decrying Hillary's staged, insincere, manipulative, etc., etc. and how awful she was to put on such a performance! Proclaiming that this Episode has convinced them that they shouldn't vote for her!
Talk about making a mountain out of a molehill! But I guess if you think a couple of braincells is all you need for a brain (and clearly these nutters don't have much more than that), then a little moist-eyed moment could seem like a tidal wave of tears.

It is so refreshing to have Jon Stewart back. The media did have a heyday with Hillary's humanity. Now they are having quite a time with racism and chauvinism.
Ohg.

The press is full of idiots! This won the race of Hillary? Is this now the latest analysis. My god, what passes for significant by the press is often so minor, petty and spun. Let's fill some more space with crap and call ourselves experts! I love Stewart!

Jon Stewart has, like, the easiest job in the world. All he has to do is make American politics look absurd.

Love the guy.

I was very manly when I got my flu shot this year but when my flight on a half filled plane was delayed for hours by a tube of tooth paste or until all the seats were occupied I broke down and cried.

Thank God for Jon Stewart. First true belly laugh I've had in months.

The show is a shell of its potential right now.

Write, email or call the studios and networks to get back to the bargaining table and cut a deal with the WGA so Jon's Emmy-Award winning staff can get back to work and get this race car of a show running on all cylinders.

Thank you Jon - for pointing out the obvious! Cuz "real" news people totally missed it.

I never saw a tear fall. I saw an exhausted person get a little choked up at a difficult time with a question that touched her in a personal way.
It was nothing like Romney, Muskey, Boehner... etc.

thank you, Jon.
Thank God there is a voice of reason back on the scene.

The way the MSM has overblown this is typical of the Middle School Mentality this election has come to

You gotta love Rudy. Any opportunity to mention 9/11. "Hi, I'm Rudy Giuliani. Noun Verb 9/11."

Thank the stars that Stewart is back. He is the only sane one out there (with Colbert, of course). Do the genius pundits ever, and I mean ever look at themselves in the mirror?

Good for Hillary. The media have been smearing her with the "calculating and unemotional" label for months and she was able to turn it against them.

Glad to see I'm not the only one who thought the ordeal was way overblown.

First time I've laughed properly in weeks. Jon Stewart is for comedy what Viagra is for hard-ons. (without the fear of priaprism, of course.)
