Howard Stern Trashes Imus: "I Knew He Was A Racist Back Then"

Howard Stern appeared on The Late Show last night and used the opportunity to, among other things, trash Don Imus. "Radio has completely died since I left," he told David Letterman, noting that the big news in radio is Don Imus' return. "They resurrected him like a mummy, I can't even believe he's back," Stern said. "I knew he was a racist back then. I've been screaming for 20 years the guy's a racist. He was screaming the n-word in the halls."

Yes Imus and his crew made racists statements all the time on the show. In addition, he allowed very few blacks to appear on his show, with the exception of his very fair skinned, token black, Harold Ford, Jr. Which is yet another form of racisim. So one could conclude that his behavior was racist. That being said, when I turn on MSNBC and watch that arrogant/ignorant Joe scarborough and that woman who can't complete a sentence, and that boring willie Geist, I almost miss Don Imus' ugly, racist mug. Now that's sad.

Howard did tell the juicy stuff. Get SIRIUS! Sirius re-played the History of Howard Stern over the x-mas holidays. All of Howard's radio shows from his earliest days ran around the clock. It was fan-f**king tastic! I enjoy Howard's current gig. I rarely listen to terestrial radio anymore because it sucks. And Imus is a racist, he called Robin Quivers the N word and it's on tape.

Robin said Imuns called her a nigger, Imus called in to the show to attempt to defend himself. All on tape. This is just so pathetic! Howard Stern was still in college when Don Imus was in NYC, already the world's highest paid radio personality. "Can't get a adte" Howard was on his college station, ripping off every routine that Imus did... and years later claiming that it was Imus who copied him! All you have do do is look at the dates.

Witha Don Imus for him to copy (poorly) Howard Stern would be managing a shoe store on Long Island.
