Britney Loses Custody Indefinitely As She Flees Court Without Entering

Britney Spears' best chance of regaining visitation rights with her two sons is in court _ but whether she'll be there is anyone's guess.

Spears is scheduled to appear Monday morning for what an attorney described Sunday as "the most significant hearing in the case so far" in the pop star's effort to regain visitation rights.

But Spears has had trouble making recent court dates: On Dec. 12, she called in sick for a court-ordered deposition, then arrived nearly two hours late on its rescheduled date, Jan. 3.

"I don't know if she will be there" on Monday, Kevin Federline attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan told The Associated Press. "You can't phone this one in."

Her pain and sorrow, from whatever source, are out there for all to see. The media wants a story so they follow her troubles. They are contributing to her demise. Someone she loves and respects is going to have to get her into a long term treatment program and she is going to need "real and faithful" friends/family to provide support. It is pitiful to see this and watch what is happening to her and especially her children. If she runs from court too many times she will be in jail for contempt/failure to appear. Britney, I hope someone can help you find peace and happiness. I pray you'll finally understand what you are doing to your children and get all this straightened out for good.
