I think everyone agrees that Brit has some emotional issues, so why put her through these court hearings. What exactly does Federline want from her? She's sick so she can't keep court appointments.

The judge can issue orders for her to get treatment and based on her level of compliance she can see her kids. Why put Brit through the gauntlet of reporters, court officers and etc., when they already know she can't handle it?

How many chances should she get? She is not trying real hard to get visitation, much less custody of her kids. I can make a prediction though. She will be pregnant in the next 6 months.

This poor girl needs to get her own life together before she can do any good for her sons. Obviously, she can't go for help to her own mother whose track record on child rearing is pretty pathetic.
