McCain, Romney Turn Up The Heat On Bitter Rivalry In Michigan

Republicans Mitt Romney and John McCain turned up the heat on their bitter rivalry on Monday, trading charges over the economy and abortion on the eve of a critical showdown in Michigan's presidential primary.

Democratic rivals Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton and John Edwards, meanwhile, looked ahead to Saturday's nominating contest in Nevada, where a new poll showed them running close at the top.
