3 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths are not a lot for $7.4 million. I'd wants lots more bedrooms and lots more baths, so I could invite company over. Still, that's a lot of money. Which reminds me, I haven't checked my Powerball tickets from last night. I usually just buy the one ticket per drawing, but I was feeling kind of extravagant yesterday, so got 2 tickets. Not $7.4 million extravagant, but outside my Powerball budget.
