The letter received by Senator Tom Daschle contained one trillion anthrax spores per gram: a concentration which only a very few US government scientists, using a secret and strictly controlled technique, know how to achieve. It must, moreover, have been developed in a professional laboratory, containing rare and sophisticated "weaponisation" equipment. There are only a tiny number of facilities - all of them in the US.

So you contend that the Patriot Act was a backup plan? That was real convenient. Data mining a backup plan too? I guess Cheney and Ken Lay were only drooling over Iraqi oil fields (they just got "lucky" right?)
