Al Sharpton told the ladies of "The View" today that he thinks it's time for President Clinton to stop injecting race into the presidential campaign.

"I think that it's time for him to just be quiet. I think it's time for him to stop. As one of the most outspoken people in America, there is a time to shut up. And I think that time has come."

Reverend Al told the ladies of "The View" today that there comes a time for everyone to shut up, and that this is Bill Clinton's now. http://link.brightcove.com/services/link/bcpid1391584907http://www.brightcove.com/channel.jsp?channel=1178199204

as explained by clarence page on mclaughlin group 3 weeks ago. jessie jackson says there are the treeshakers and there are the jellymakers. they both are intertwined and important because the treeshakers are the ones that watch out for the trash thats out there. and the jellymakers are the fruits of the treeshakers meaning... the political warriors fight for us socially and the jellymakers get in power positions to fight for us politically. is it a very valid point as to why they jump on things as they do. whether you like it or not. would those boys at duke would even get attention if they didnt jump on the situation down there in north carolina.

you want to know why the kennedys are so popular because they stood against what was wrong and will ever be intertwined with civil rights through out their family's life. they are in some ways similiar to john brown the abolitionist who made a plan to free slaves and to storm an ammunition factory so that slaves could fight with him against slavery. he was a religious fanatic and was eventually hung for his actions.

so when will our caucasian brothers not only acknowledge racism still exist but fight against it fanatically if they have to in order to change things along with the people that are prosecuted and ridaculed at every single turn and in every single way. does your fear of being singled out and pushed away from your way of life by your peers is more important than social and moral justice that we all deal with every day? honestly, ask yourself would you be willing to stand and fight against what is really the true problem here in the US.

Just like the blogs, the media, and the obama supporters, to continue to lie about what was said by Bill, as I said I would rather hear the "WHOLE" transcript or video of what is being said than listening to the BS that comes from these entities. As with Bill's "Jesse Jackson" comment, what was actually being said? The truth is trickling out of course only after the smear began:

Wow. This is surreal as Marcel Marceau, if he were still alive, telling Clinton to speak up.

Maybe Sharpton & Jackson should follow Sharpton's advice.

Al Sharpton should have STFU 15 years ago.

Who da hell pays any attention to what Sharpton has to say?

Too late Mr. Sharpton. EEO is dead in America. No one want a "Black" quoto for President. We want to elect the best qualified candidate. Game is up.

Hear, hear, 'Al', you've ridden that tired calliope as far as it's going to take you, too.
I want to hear ONE person on the campaign trail say, "I AM GOING TO BALANCE THE FEDERAL BUDGET".
Just that, in so many words. Want me to have faith in the efficacy, effectiveness, and professionalism of people running for office, regardless of ethnicity or gender or religion?
Get THAT job done. But, Al, you won't push for something like that, will ya, 'buddy'? Ergo,
you're no different from the rest of the carpetbaggers. It's all about the money angles, try to put people on a guilt trip so you can get people hired or something. Gotta go for the core of the problems. Illiteracy sets the stage for future unemployment and other problems. What reading programs do you support? Do you know how many people in this country can't read?
Do you even know where to find out? How many people live in this country, Al? Basic facts.
If you want to help people, help them to help themselves up and out of poverty by getting at the root causes, like lack of employment due to lack of industry which in turn is caused by lack of qualified people, because education and standards got let go for so long. Stop propating dependency on federal handouts and welfare, and really help people to make it happen for themselves. Get at the slumlords. Get at the bad schools. Get at the bad students.
Crawl, walk, run, cause and effect. Nevermind Bill, the rest of us don't. He's a blowhard with a big mouth trying to support his wife, which is good, I guess, but I'm not voting for Hillary based on anything that comes out of his mouth, his turn in the Big Chair is all over and done with. To defeat crime, to defeat drugs, to defeat gangs, to defeat unemployment,
you have to start with educating individual people. Stop promising people money. Give them BOOKS instead. 'Government money' means perpetual dependency.

Al Sharpton says Bill Clinton should stop injecting race? First of all, I don't think Bill Clinton is the one injecting race. But isn't injecting race the whole basis of Sharpton's career? The first time I ever heard of Sharpton was the during the Tawana Brawley mess.

Tawana Brawley for President!

I STRONGLY disagree with Rev. Sharpton! Bill Clinton NEEDS to speak out for Hillary.

The MORE Bill talks, the MORE we learn about him, the potential for a "co-presidency", and the status of HILLARY'S feminist LIBERATION as her HUSBAND defends her every move/act/utterance.

FREE Bill!! Let him continue to play an active role in HIS WIFE's campaign.

He was for Billary up to a minute ago -- he talks out of both sides-- no credibility-- his endorsement will mean nothing..

He' still trying to play two sides of the field. Witness that he's had nothing nice to say about Obama. Suddenly there's an Obama wave, and he's trying to put himself into play.

After Super Tuesday, if Hillary numbers comes out swinging, watch the switcheroo tilt the other way.

I don't trust that man for nothing -- not as far as I can spit.

I am one of those black folks that continue to wonder why he's given a mike at all.
