Dodd holds media availability Friday to say he won't endorse before Connecticut primary.

Richardson advisers tell The Atlantic he won't endorse either before Super Tuesday. (But he'll watch the Super Bowl with Bill Clinton in New Mexico Sunday).

Why is Bill Clinton having Superbowl Sunday with Bill Richardson.

Because Al Gore and John Edwards declined.

God bless Dodd, Richardson, and Edwards! Barack could have used their help now. They've decided not to give it. If it was me, they could keep their endorsements when the race is over. I don't believe Barack is like that, so he'll probably forgive them, but my opinion, they could kiss where the sun don't shine!

A caution: don't let Slick Willy or Gov Richardson have any pretzels, pork rinds, pop corn or Doritos. W nearly choked to death on these thing while he watched foot ball. Her Hillaryship would have to stop campaigning if Slick Willy or the Gov choked & died from scarfing up junk snack food till 15 min after either or both them were burried. BH Obama would also be obliged to mourn if that happened.
I wonder if the DNC, DLC or her Hillaryship will feed Slick Willy junk snack food to silence him? That would be devious & fit the profile for the DNC, DLC & her Hillaryship. Her Hillaryship has said that she's in it to win it; she wants to win in the worst way too. That's a pretty bad thing to do to Slick Willy but it would be most effective & would silence Slick Willy forever. One wonders if...?

I look at it this way, if these people don't want to endorse anyone by Tuesday, then when they do, their endorsement will be worthless. If Obama is able to come close, or ever beat Clinton in the Delegate count - not who won states as thats a BS issue - then in reality the momentum is his, as he was so far behind. In that case the only endorsments that really counted were the Kennedy's, Mc Caskill etc. If he doesn't come close with the current momentum seeming to go his way then any endorsments that come latter are almost usless. If these people don't want to endorse now for either candidate and wait till after Tuesday then both of them should say " Well thanks for you support, now get lost"

How spineless. Take a stand. Edwards and Gore too. I find it particularly inexcusable for people who have themselves been in a position of asking others for support to deny that support to others.

Hey Governor Richardson, you may not have endorsed Hillary as of now, but Bill Clinton is taking you for a walk around the prison yard.

I like the superbowl, and both of them, but no way in gods creation would I want to watch the game with them. Two meglamaniacs probably calling down to the coaches telling them how to run their teams and what's wrong with them

It sounds like they want to endorse Obama, but are worried what the fallout will be if Clinton wins big next Tuesday. If they really wanted to endorse Clinton, they would've done so by now. But the fact that they are waiting shows they want to see if Obama emerges as the leader. But if that's the case, then there endorsements are meaningless and they look like followers. The people who've endorsed Obama already are the ones to be admired. They're backing someone who's not in the lead, may never be in the lead, and they're risking offending the Clintons. But Dodd and Richardson are playing it safe, which is proof right there that neither of them is presidential material.

Why single these two out? Neither are Gore or Edwards.

President Abe Lincoln pointed the nation to unity.

President J.F. Kennedy point the nation to reach for the moon.

Dr.Martin Luther King pointed the nation to the mountain top.

Sen. Barack Obama was chosen to fulfill the promises.

If Bill Richardson falls for the Clintons' con job about offering him a VP slot, he'll be sorry -- and a lot less-principled than I believe him to be.

The public is tired of the Clinton soap opera. It's time to move on.

Well, i am disappointed in both Richardson, especially, and Dodd holding their endorsements till after Tuesday's elections.
If Richardson has hopes for VP with Clinton then he really needs to think what that truly would involve; I cannot imagine a worse place to be for Billie-Boy will be pushing everyone around including Hillary. What a mess it surely will be; but let's hope it will not come to fruition.
I tried to talk to either Richardson or a chief aide about why he should not endorse Hillary which was not easy either by phone or e-mail. Simply put: Marian Wright Edelman, Lani Guinier and Joycelyn Elders, three Black women professsionals of the very highest level who were absolutely thrashed by both Clintons, how Hillary can get away with characterising herself as a "feminist" advocate is beyond belief.
But Richardson casts his own dice; let him live with it!
