The blog Inside Cable News reported Thursday that Karl Rove will be joining Fox News as a contributor. The report didn't include any further details as of yet, but suggested he would be used for the channel's Super Tuesday coverage.

This seems somewhat pathetic to me. Rove used to be the power behind the thrown. His Svengali magic got an incoherant drunk installed in the oval office. He could cause mischief by simply raising his eyebrow. Now everybody who's anybody avoids him like poison. He's reduced to going the 'Dr. Phil' TV route. Think they'll give him a job interviewing trailor park trash on daytime TV? It would be appropriate. After all, he HAS handled Bush Jr. for years now.

What a surprise! As others said, Rove was always controlling "the news" from his WH Turdblossom office. His mentors are Joseph Goebbels, Hitler's Minister of Propaganda and Edward Bernays, Goebbels' mentor, and the father of propaganda.

And then there's the the cooking the books that DoD does with casualties, and that you can only get close to the truth by filing a FOIA request.

Karl will now be spending lots of time with his "family." Like Newt, Delay and Dick Morris and other sleazy assholes at fox an asshole gets instant acceptance from other assholes, and gets treated as if they aren't there because they failed at whatever they were doing what they were doing before they joined Fox. If it wouldn't demean the proud history of the military, I would suggest a new expression for our vocabulary that would distinguish assholes at fox from others, we could call them Foxholes.
