Amy Winehouse Leaves Rehab To Get US Visa For Grammys

Amy Winehouse is set to go to the Grammys, a source close to the singer confirms to Usmagazine.com.

She briefly left a London clinic this morning to go to the U.S. Embassy to renew her visa, her rep tells Us.

"Yes, that's true," the rep says.

Her father Mitch told reporters that she has since returned to the clinic and "has not left for good."

Her rep told Britain's The Sun: "The appointment at the U.S. Embassy was made some time ago and was part of the process for obtaining a visa. No decision has been made about the Grammys."

Exhibiting contempt for someone who has troubles is a profound sign of weakness.
(The caveat being, if that individual has been a bully, then comments may be tempered by that fact as the "Mighty have fallen")

The truly strong would never stoop to such behavior, because they have compassion in a vast reserve. It's one of the ways to identify who is actually whom.

Amy Winehouse is not harming anyone but herself. That is all the difference in the world when it comes to how to respond to her confused life. Kicking a woman when she's in trouble shows more about the attacker than the one being attacked. It's low behavior.

Real strength contains within it the broad capacity for kindness. That is the most advanced form of courage there is. Not everyone is up to the task of it, though.
