Former NY Gov. Pataki Endorses McCain

The Journal:

After staying politically silent for months, former Gov. George Pataki will endorse Arizona Sen. John McCain at a news conference this afternoon at Grand Central Station in Manhattan.
"Gov. Pataki will be endorsing at 3 o'clock today," Senate Majority Leader Joseph Bruno said at a McCain rally in Albany.

When the crowd offered little reaction, Bruno said "yes, we should clap for that." Loud applause followed.
