I Like ItI Don’t Like It
Michel

This morning on Good Morning America:

ROBERTS: So what if Senator Clinton defeats her husband, becoming the first woman nominee. Could you see yourself working to support the first woman nomination?

OBAMA: I'd have to think about that. I'd have to think about that, her policies, her approach, her tone.

ROBERTS: That's not a given?

OBAMA: You know, everyone in this party is going to work hard for whoever the nominee is. I think that we're all working for the same thing. and, you know, I think our goal is to make sure that the person in the White House is going to take this country in a different direction. I happen to believe that Barack is the only person who can really do that.

Unbecoming. Does she think one of the Republican contenders would be better even than Hillary? If Bill Clinton had said this all hell would break loose. This is what makes me think Obama is not quite ready for prime time...and that he could get thrashed by McCain or Romney....okay, maybe not Mitt.

Ah, Michelle Leiberman. At least she has enough guts to say it while we still have a chance to stop them.

Look some of you think she should just forgive and forget what Hillary and Bill Clinton said in public about her husband. Now, you know if this was someone close to you things would be different. I would have a very hard time if someone used bigotry on one of my loved ones. Sorry I forgive, but I do not forget.

What a snarky little jerk! The principles of the Dem party are only held by her inexperienced self-impressed husband, I assume? Please! Now your true nature is showing. If Hillary or Bill said that...the MSM would be all over them. But, I forgot the newbie can walk on water and do no wrong. Wake up! Vote for experience, vote for someone who can make change happen, not just talk about it...Vote Hillary!

Many of those who have commented on this blog may not know how the Democratic Party in Cook Co, Il is run. Could HP reprint a blog or commission a blog to serve as a primer on Democratic Party policy & practice in Cook Co, Il? Something like THE IDIOT'S GUIDE TO... series introduction. Ms Obama was shooled by the Cook Co, Il, Democratic Party, very well schooled.
Much of the nonsense being printed as comments on this blog demonstrates a woeful ignorance as played, practiced & enjoyed in Chicagoland or a monumental cynacism poorly disquised as naivete.

...and will I support Obama if he is the nominee? I'd have to think about that. I'd have to think about that, his policies, his approach, his tone.

everyone should be "independent" or "undeclared" -- that's exactly the point!
Gender, Race, Orientation, Party --- irrelevant!!!!

Human Being - which one is best for this nation right now? That's all

This divisiveness has to stop. I am so annoyed at all this. We are all Democrats. Obama supporters need to turn their backs on demonizing and spewing hatred towards a Democrat who is fighting for the same causes. I am tired of being ridiculed for supporting Hillary. I can't believe this is happening in the Democrat party. Stop all the hatred. Michelle and Barack need to stop polarizing the party. It is not helping anything.

Why don't you post the ENTIRE video where she agrees that she will support the Dem nominee. Really bad journalism here designed to create news by the media.

I am a very liberal democrat, but if Obama wins, I am going to vote for McCain. There is something about all of this that I don't like: the throwing of the gays under the bus with the homophobic gospel singer, the Kennedy women, and now this comment. I'm afraid the country will wake up after this Obama love fest with a hangover. With McCain you know what you are getting.

She should really reconsider this type of rhetoric and tone. She is sounding like the antithesis of the momentum and energy that is pushing Obama right now. I'm actually surprised she would make such an elitist comment.

Michelle, that's not change.

You Hillary people are just looking to be offended.
If you actually paid attention you'd see she was saying she would have to think about "working to support" the first woman nomination. As in going out and WORKING, to get Hillary nominated. She didn't say she wouldn't support her or vote for her, she said "everyone in this party is going to work hard for whoever the nominee is". Do you comprehend?

She is the wife of a Senator who is running for President, why should she be expected to go rally people to vote for Hillary if she wins the nomination?

Just stop with the nonsense already.

This is why I won't vote for Hillary. Her supporters represent her. Calling Michelle a "black bitch." Calling Oprah "Black Oprah." Well, if Hillary does get the nomination, then she'll have to win without all of these "black bitches" because they won't be voting for her.

I never knew there were so many racists in the Democratic party. I can't wait to become an independent. As soon as my primary is over, I am out of this party!
