I Like ItI Don’t Like It
Michel

This morning on Good Morning America:

ROBERTS: So what if Senator Clinton defeats her husband, becoming the first woman nominee. Could you see yourself working to support the first woman nomination?

OBAMA: I'd have to think about that. I'd have to think about that, her policies, her approach, her tone.

ROBERTS: That's not a given?

OBAMA: You know, everyone in this party is going to work hard for whoever the nominee is. I think that we're all working for the same thing. and, you know, I think our goal is to make sure that the person in the White House is going to take this country in a different direction. I happen to believe that Barack is the only person who can really do that.

it's fantastic how this little piece of news didn't make it onto huffpo until this evening. they've been sitting on it all day? if any other candidate's spouse had said this, it woulda hit the site in 2 minutes.

but not if it's gonna draw a few negative words about the obamas. nah, wait and put that up once everybody's gone home for the day. so transparent.

This confirms everything I've been saying about Obamamania all along. The attitude is "pick me or I'm taking my toys home and not playing in the sandbox." It just galls me. I pledged long ago to support the ultimate nominee of the Democratic party, because there is a huge gulf between the policies of either of the likely Republicans and the policies of either of the likely Democrats. Children who are not ready to be part of the system--and he wants to change things? Hah!

Why should Michelle Obama, or anyone else for that matter, support Hillary if they do not feel that she's up to the job??? Just because she's a democrat??? Just because her husband is Bill??? I'm going to support the person I feel is the best equipped to do the job. Right now, that is Obama. If he doesn't win the nomination, I will take an honest and informed look at ALL MY CHOICES for president. Hillary is a devisive and tosses out principle for political advancement - just like her IRAQ/IRAN votes indicate. If she wins, my motto will be GO NADER!!!!

Would it have killed her to say:

"I will support whomever the Democrats nominate. Obviously, I hope and believe that Barack will be the nominee. But, it's important to have Democrats back in the white house"

Michelle is right. Clinton is a polarizer. She cannot count on all the support Obama has with young democrats, independents and Republicans. HRC will kill the Democratic party if she is forced fed to us.

Nice way to unite the party, Michelle.

The more I hear Michelle Obama talk, the more she reminds me of a cross between Condi Rice and Omarosa.
"She'll think about it"!? (supporting Hillary)
What gall.
Yeah? Well, I don't like HER tone.
Obama may have several electability assets but that bitch he's married to needs to muzzle up and stay the hell off the TV talk show circuit.
If I was riding the fence re: deciding on Hillary or Obama, Michelle would be the deal breaker for me.
Nobodies like her (and Omarosa) need to use more humility and lose the arrogance. Neither has accomplished enough to be so haughty.

It is ashame that Democrats can't see the forrest for the trees. I can imagine what the Anti-Hillary Media would have done with this comment if this even came from someone associated with her campaign! Matthews, Tucker & Scarborne would have had a field day. That is all they would have talked about for days and bash her all day long! And here the candidates wife is pronouncing it!!! and you won't see any of these three so called reporters talk about it. Nor will you see it anywhere in the main stream media! If Obama cries now at how unfair the Clintons are just wait until the Carl Rowe and the Republican attack machine get done with him. I feel sorry for him because he is not ready for what lays ahead.

she's sounds like a lot of you out there. who cares what long-term effects her poorly chosen words might have on herself or her husband's future prospects? the obama's seem to have one goal: win the nomination. from there they believe everything else will just fall into place.

Does this mean that she will support McCain or Romney just like Ann Coulter will support Hillary if McCain gets the nod?

Yes!!!! Counter weights, balance, Mutually Assured Destruction! Oh the political gods are having a good time! Hey guys this is really great theater!

Writers stay on strike until after the elections! We are getting some really good comedy shows call debates.

Trust me I'm a salesman!

I think no matter what WOUNDERBOY AND MICHELLE say never gets picked apart like they do Hillary. I think what I saw yesturday with Oprah,Caroline and Shriver just made me think that this is not a political match it's all theater. And if Hillary stood up and said come on white people let us get it togeather what would you do?
