Barack Obama's campaign is forecasting that the Democratic presidential race will remain deadlocked after the primaries end, and the outcome may depend on a fight over whether delegations from Florida and Michigan are counted.

By the time the last primary is held June 7, Obama's advisers project he will have 1,806 delegates to 1,789 for New York Senator Hillary Clinton, according to a document outlining the scenario that was inadvertently attached to a release on delegate counts from yesterday's Super Tuesday primaries.

If Obama is so careless that he keeps "accidentally" sending out the wrong things to the media then what will his administration "accidentally" leak? Maybe the name of a CIA operative that disagrees with him?

Anybody who considers this 'top secret' material does not have either a brain or a pocket calculator.

With the proportional selection rules unless either of them self-destructs there just are not enough delegates seriously at stake in the remaining states to overcome the number of super-delegates.

So where do they stand now?

Hillary has an advantage among the super-delegates in that most of them owe favors to her husband.

Obama has the advantage in that the next several states are the kind he does well in, increasing the sense of momentum. In addition the polls that show Hillary LOSING to McCain in a head-to-head matchup and Obama WINNING against McCain have got to have their attention too.

I don't buy the "slip". Sorry I don't. It's manipulation of the controlled message and it's his "strategery".. sorry, it's calculated.. But, since it's Obama it's acceptable. tripe.

This is amazing how folks are falling for this, as being unintendedly released~~!! This is campaigning, one-upmanship..101~!!! It is pure genious~!!! This is not like the Rose Law Firm billing records suddenly turning up in the Clinton family living quarters of the White House after it was requested by investigators, two yrs prior...or anything, hmmmm

The only way that Sen. Obama can win the nomination at this point is by winning big through March 3rd, including Ohio and Texas. If he does that, he can claim that he has the momentum and the money to win in Nov. It was very important that Sen. Obama knock Sen. Clinton out on Super Tuesday (esp. in Caly), but that didn't happen. Now it looks like he will only battle to a draw. He doesn't have enough SDs to win at the convention, so it would make sense for him to cut a deal. If he goes to the convention and looses, he is done in the Dem party. Just like Sen. McGovern was after 1968.

Major problem... a once in a life time chance for either of the candidates to be the FIRST.

First President of Color whoose supporters mandate that their candidate tries to change the way politics are played in our USA

First Female President of an ex impeached President ... sorry couldnt help myself

No ones going to give ... This MUST be won outright in the primary.

But will the superdelegates at the convention decide to subvert the efforts of the movement for change? I have a feeling the fix is already in.

I submit that Billary 08 will cajole or pigeon hole his former party member underlings to "follow your old leader". Loyalty to the party must trump the mandate for change. Besides new and fresh ideas are bad, scary... The old ways are the best, stay with what we have.

When that happens.... and I submit that it will. All bets will be off.

Does anyone think that these newley registered and independent voters are card carrying "My democratic party right or wrong.. follow me" types? Sen Obama being a Party loyalist will make the plea to his followers to unite behind Billary 08... my guess is that few will follow...

No wonder this pretty boy does not have the gut to appear on more debates or on Fox .. becos he will be exposed for what he is ... hollow man from the establishment who will do anything to get elected .. he wants to change the way super delegates vote now ... will he call for the candidate with teh most votes be the nominee?

He will go to te supreme court to declare him the nominee if that will get him elected.

Will he call for the black supporters of his to march on washington?

As each day pass, his credibility is going further down the gutter

This is the kind of "judgement" that Obama wants to bring to the White House? There wont be any tie. First, clinton already has an almost 100 delegat lead and Florida and Michigan will without a doubt be seated so its more than that. She will in all likihood win Ohio, Texas and Pennsylvania. She will go into the convention with a more than 100 delegate lead. But the biggest point is this: If the Dems didnt have this bizarre way of apportioning delegates it would be over right now. The fact that Obama lost NY,CA,NJ,Mich,FLA not to mention OKLA,TENN and the other states he has lost and he is still playing the numbers game, shows at heart he is simply selfish and egotistical and thats what this is about now. you do not lose these states and get your party's nomination for President. And you dont lose those states and think you should. You do not lose those states to your opponent and think you deserve the nomination more than your opponent does. This is all about Obama's hopes for himself, his own ego and nothing more.

Sneaky, sneaky, sneaky! If it's supposed to deter people from voting for Clinton, it'll only work on people who weren't voting for her anyway. And the more sneaky stuff the Obama campaign does, the more people will swing away from him and toward Clinton.

HILLARY DID NOT WIN MI!!!!
Ballots were rigged (some w/ clinton as the first name listed (alph order) OTHERS with Kucinich in the top spot- the rest in alph order.
Now feed those in to a pre programmed scantron machine- STOLEN PRIMARY!!!
Actually more like handed to her by Levin (Armed Services Too), Granholm, Land and the Real Governing Bodies in this state- The Big 3 auto industry whores who've been blowing the Sheiks all these decades.
This 'Election' Year is making '00 look like childs play.
Hanging Chads
butterfly Ballots
Ballot organization and scantron programming

JUST HAND HER THE DAMN CROWN, so we can focus on Criminal Prosecutions- she will fall from that high post she was handed too! I've got an Impeachment itch that will be scratched when she takes office.

Funny how the media has failed to point out how many Old Clintonians have become avid detractors of this Clinton- We have seen the light- SHE'S A CORPORATIONIST

By WILLIAM MARCH and ELAINE SILVESTRINI

The Tampa Tribune

TAMPA - Barack Obama hinted during a Tampa fundraiser Sunday that if he's the presumptive Democratic presidential nominee, he'll seat a Florida delegation at the party's national convention, despite national party sanctions prohibiting it.

He pressed the wrong button again! One of his excuses in explaining his votes while he was a State Senator - press the wrong button, he meant the other button (shirt button).

What kind of bonehead stuff is that?

Remember when Hillary spent upwards of $30m on her re-election campaign even thought she was virtually unopposed. Her contributers were mad as hell and they let her know it too. Now she has again mishandled over $100m, people don't forget.

A campaign is a microcosm of running the government, if you can't do this well, how will you run the government.

How could Hillary claim to be ready on day one, when everything she does turns into a disaster.
