I wasn't asked to donate but I really believe in Hillary. I sent 2 donations. One on Tuesday, and one today. I am one of the 35,000 new donors. I can't stand the charismatic element of the Obama frenzy. Too phrenetic for my tastes. Reminds me of those holy roller extravaganzas. I much prefer reason over being ordained by ___.
Clinton raised 4 million but loaned 5 million. looks like she is only 1 million in the hole after paying her self back looks like fuzzy repub math to me

This way an effort to raise money from supporters quickly---and focus attention on a NEED for her once again.
WOW!!!! She has NO PROBLEM deceiving her supporters either. Perhaps they deserve it. That is so sad.
Why would I want to DONATE money to a campaign when the beneficiary of my donation only LOANS to it?

4 million? Gee, that's almost 5 million, isn't it? How much you want to bet that Hillary secretly asks her campaign to pay back her loan by the end of the week, and the rest of us will find out about it weeks later, all the while thinking she had made some "great commitment" to her cause ...
...And it was all a campaign stunt. Nothing like gaming your own supporters to get money. Do they feel used now? OMG she has no shame.

Good for Obama if he did raise 7.5 million...how much of that money was owed to the campaign to get him to February 5th....

Does Barack only support affirmative action just for blacks or for other minorities? Shouldn't poor Asian American immigrants get to go to college because of their skin color too? If blacks do Asians should too.
Affirmative Action is for every under-represented group.

I'm just wondering why did she LOAN the money to the campaign as opposed to DONATING it doesn't she have any confidence in her inevitability?
She gave a loan and got some of it back -- I guess. I don't trust the report. But it's not even a donation gain for her so they really are running scared over there.
Rush Limbaugh saves the day for Clinton. He started a fund-raising appeal to Republicans "keep her in so she can win". Seems like it's working!
This is chump changed compared to the Obama fundraising.
I am happy to have HRC attending $10K-plate fundraisers while Obama is out meeting with actual voters.
Now it is understandable why that fraud fundraiser Hsu tried to commit suicide a while back. He probably realized how difficult raising money for the Clinton campaign can be.
At least Hillary has not barraged our home with emails for donations and calls like Obama has.

I'm getting robo-calls from Hillary at least twice a day--she keeps asking me to help her change America. I talk back to the recording and ask her why she doesnt ask her husband to release the names of the donors to the Clinton Foundation and the Clinton Library Fund, given the recent NY Times page one story about Bill taking what was essentially a $131 million bribe to arrange a deal between a Canadian mining mogul and the dictator of Khazakstan. But Hillary never answers me; she just keeps talking and talking and talking...I even tried another tack, and asked her is she would call on her supporters to stop the e-mail campiagns of misinformation about Sen. Obama...but she kept talking and talking and talking...

So Obama has $7.5 (plus whatever MoveOn announces this afternoon from its own fundraising), and Clinton has $3.x.
