Most Americans are fair minded and do not want prejudiced and hateful people deciding their vote. We have all had plenty of Bush, Cheney, rove and the tactics of divide and conquer. It truly is time for change and Barack Obama is the best we can do, especially if he'll pick Edwards as his Atty Gen.

Keep dreaming you can't be swift-boated. They will run Operation scare Honkeys and Beaners.

The republicans don't give a shit about black voters. They don't rely on black votes to get elected. Unlike Obama and Clinton who both need record black turn outs to win.

Operation Scare Honkey will expose any and every dealing Obama and his butt boy Rezko were ever involved in. All of the idiotic things Obama's "Black racist preacher" has said will be spread through the white christian churches in the south.

Operation Scare Beaners include repubs and big business spreading money and threatening jobs to foster even more discontent among Latinos and blacks.

With McCain's record as Mr Amnesty, he will get a chunk of Latinos in the southwest. The republicans will run their southern strategy nationwide to pick up white voters. This bs about conservative sitting out is crazy. Repubs will reunite after getting McCain behind closed doors. It goes something like this " bend over Senator McCain and all night he says thank you Sir may I have another right winger please. The right will be satisfied with the supreme court picks McCain promise to make for them and only them.

Tuesday was a MASSIVE victory for Obama.

Assuming that I have this right, Clinton got 747 delegates, Obama 744.

That translates to Clinton getting 50.1%, Obama 49.9%. Clinton needed to beat Obama by AT LEAST 10% to claim victory. The front runner title is a hazard, it must be defended, and Clinton did not manage it. She bested Obama by a fifth of a percent.

The Clintonian narrative of inevitability is utterly shattered. It was a double edged sword and has come back to wound Clinton, perhaps fatally.

Meanwhile, Obama was able to deliver on his narrative of momentum, hugely so. Had he picked up two more delegates, he would have got more than she did. And consider his fundraising numbers for this year. There is no way anybody can rationally claim that Obama does not have the advantage at this time, and that Clinton looks to be going down to defeat.

I don"t assert that there is anything evil or ugly about trying to convince the world that your nomination is inevitable. It is the natural thing to do, to try to be seen as the prohibitive favorite. But it has come back to bite Clinton in the ass.

And no, the purpose of this post is not to "bring people together" it is to argue that Obama is now the front runner, and that he is the victor of Tuesday"s contests.

They say you can judge a man (or woman for that matter) by the quality of their enemies,..­.

If that is true - then Obama has some heavy-hitting conservative enemies. If Rush doesn't like Obama - then that is another point in Obama's favor by my estimation.
