With a star-studded bash - featuring Madonna, Kate Hudson and his wife's ex husband Bruce Willis!

His wife Demi Moore threw Kutcher a birthday dinner at Gemma restaurant in NYC's Bowery Hotel last night.

Among the guests: Willis and his model-girlfriend Emma Heming; Salma Hayek and her fiance François-Henri Pinault; famed producer Guy Oseary and Madonna, who brought him a gift and sang him "Happy Birthday!"

Bruce Willis' girlfriend is only 27. Why in the hell does everyone make such a BFD when the woman in the relationship is older? There are tons of Hollywood relationships with much older men and yet we never see any cruel media about them. It's just ridiculous.
