I'm with Donna, and I suspect many others will be as well.

If you are, then I'm guessing you're not really Democrat anyway.

We've had other elections where they played a pivotal role, so this hoopla is simply more Obama talk and stirring up the anger.

He's good at that. First race, then our Democrat history, and now our very election system.

For a man of hope, he sure does focus on the negative.

I don't even know where to start with responding to you. I will just say to you and the superdelegates in the words of Clint Eastwood, "Go ahead and make my day".

"...then our Democrat history..."

As if you're one to speak! Democrats do not use "Democrat" as an adjective.

If Hillary wins the nomination fair and square, I'll vote for her, albeit reluctantly. But if Obama goes into the convention with the popular vote and the so-called Super Delegates give her the nomination, I'll vote for McCain. I know the Supreme Court is important, more so than the Precidency and Congress, and that the nex Pres will likely be appointing three or four judges, but f**k you.

Donna start packing your bags! The Democratic party primary rules and system are bad for Democratic voters, Democratic candidates, the Democratic party and the country. And when you add throwing out Florida and Michigan it's even worse.

There is no question the super delegates with about 800 votes or 40% of the votes needed to win the Democratic presidential nomination will be selecting the Democratic presidential candidate this election. The Democratic insiders created a system giving them the power to select the nominee in backroom deals if the primary results weren't clearly in favor of one candidate. Amazingly the very same politicians who constantly say count all the votes, selected not elected and their opponents are disenfranchising voters, are doing this. Democratic leadership is now saying they never thought super delegates would come into play when they knowingly and purposely designed the system to come into play in all close elections. In a close primary the Democratic super delegate system effectively disenfranchises Democratic primary voters, interesting.

god - how quickly can I say Thank You!

Donna - you need to just go on and go work for Obama, you need not try to put up the farce that you are an objective leader for the DNC

go! be free!

Sounds like the only thing you Clintonistas have left is to hope the "Voters" are overturned by the super delegates. Is that your ace in the hole? Go ahead and play that card and it will guarantee at least four years of a McCain administration.

Have these rules re: super delegates always been in effect? Were they the rules when Donna joined the Democratic Party?
Why now is it an issue??
Could it be because it most likely will affect Obama, and he is African American??
I am amazed, but not surprised at how the Black voters have turned their back on the Clintons.
President Clinton was the "first black president" until the REAL one came along.
Remember racism comes in many colors, and you are proving that.

They not only turned their backs on Clinton, they are now thumbing their nose at their own party.

That's the results of racism being stirred up by Obama.
