She can use them as an excuse to not do something when she dosn't feel like it. She can go in for breast reduction surgery, or she can fasten some big hydrogen filled balloons to the bra to help hold them up.

I really like Dolly...she is sweet gal...and if she has names for jugs...well that is fine too. She is rare breed... a throw back from a better time...and even with those monster boobs she still seems sweet to me....Take it easy Dolly..

Since she is not a real big gal anymore has she given any thought to having these fake breasts reduced??? If they are giving her back pain and reduction might be in order.

It's so easy to dismiss Parton as a joke (as she so often does herself) but she has made such amazing contributions to music and in her philanthropic efforts that she is a true star. Her Imagination Library Foundation gave out 3 million books in 2006. It's committed to giving kids a library of books from birth to kindergarten. They get a book a month delivered to their home and that creates an excitement for learning and reading.
