Geraldo Rivera - who has a new book coming out, "His Panic: Why Americans Fear Hispanics in the U.S." - was booked to appear on Nancy Grace's CNN show on Feb. 28. But then he was disinvited and told CNN had "a blanket boycott" against anyone from Fox. " 'The Most Trusted Name in News' just chickened out," Rivera told Page Six. "This reveals a corporate insecurity."

I think you summed it up nicely. Race has nothing to do with it, he is simply an arrogant, narcissistic douchebag with nothing relevent to contribute whatsoever­.... I am sure that CNNs refusal to air him reflects that general opinion throughout the news media. They aren't afraid of him, they simply don't respect him enough to bother.
He does nothing but grandstand and posture and he certainly couldn't hack it in a warzone...

They were proablay afraid you would try to find the titanic and open a sunken safe on the show and it is filled with muck or that you would go looking for Al Capone's cave and find nothing in it. Or maybe they were concerned you would start drawing detailed invasions plans in the sand. Any one of the above would make most sane people afraid of being associated with you in fear that would get a lable of being irrelevent.

I quit listening to Geraldo and his nonsense about the same time it dawned on me that Fox news was a partisan latrine.
Geraldo is irrelevant and struggling the same way Coulter and Limbaugh and the rest of the nutcases are.
Geraldo is a lousy reporter/j­ournalist, his is narcissitic in the classic sense, and his presence on TV is more than enough to get me to turn it off...
