Polls have come to dominate the media's horse race coverage of political campaigns. Pundits and reporters constantly use them to tell us who's hot and who's not -- but skip over the fact that plummeting response rates and variables like undecided voters and margins of error and often render these polls useless as anything other than lightweight diversions on par with horoscopes and political betting lines. Our HuffPollstrology chart helps keep you up to date on the latest poll results, along with the latest horoscope predictions, and the latest online political betting lines - and will hopefully help the polling junkies in the media keep polls in the proper perspective.

Don't forget that your ruling planet has only recently changed signs. That's like putting new fuel in your tank. As it is, you may still be on the forecourt. There could be some delight that a bill won't be as large - and in the discovery that someone younger has managed to breakthrough what had seemed like a barrier. You might also discover that you're eligible for help you didn't know was available.

It's very likely that you'll be stopped in your tracks - perhaps literally, and by someone you thought you knew really well. Now a new facet to their character may be apparent: which might not be bad news. In tuning in to matters 'out of the ordinary' you might also be willing to step outside your own comfort zone and to sign up for something that leaves a friend bemused and amused.

What you hear on the grapevine about proposed changes to an area could both inspire and astound you. You might even be prompted to attend a public meeting. At a quite different level, an article in a magazine or a phrase used in a novel could set you thinking differently about a friend whom you sense is ready to make changes and might find the words inspirational too. An out of the blue invitation or offer seems likely too.

Democratic Poll: SurveyUSA Poll

1,700 VA adults were interviewed 02/09/08 and 02/10/08. Half of interviews were conducted before Obama wins in Louisiana Primary, Nebraska caucus and Washington state caucus were known. Half of interviews were conducted after. All of interviews were conducted after NBC newsman was suspended over comments about Chelsea Clinton and Clinton campaign threatened to withdraw from scheduled NBC debate over those comments. Of the adults, 1,516 were registered to vote. Of them, 596 were determined by SurveyUSA to be likely to vote in the 02/12/08 Democratic primary. The margin of error is plus or minus 4 percentage points.

Republican Poll: SurveyUSA Poll

1,700 VA adults were interviewed by SurveyUSA 02/09/08 and 02/10/08. In the middle of the field period for this survey, Mike Huckabee won the Louisiana primary, won the Kansas caucus, and finished a strong 2nd in the WA state caucus. Any momentum Huckabee accrued from those wins would only partially be reflected in these interviews, half of which were completed before the results of the Saturday wins were known. Of the 1,700 adults interviews, 1,516 were registered to vote. Of them, 385 were determined by SurveyUSA to be likely to vote in the 02/12/08 Republican primary. The margin of error is plus or minus 5/1 percentage points.

A vote for HRC is a vote for a Republican.

Both parties have been betraying their country in favor of a foreign nation. The presidential fix was supposed to be in - just like last time - but with a hitch.

They couldn't FIX another election - so both parties were to proffer Israel-First hawks. Our choices were to be Bomb/Bomb/Iran -- or --
Mrs. Bomb/Bomb/Iran.
[or Syria, Lebanon, and everybody else who wants their property back from the murderous Israelis]

I can just hear party operatives in their cigar and incense filled rooms..... telling each other that Obama was toast - "Aunt Beatrice and Uncle Harry in Spokane ain't gonna vote no nigra"

Oh yes they are!!

Even with a funny name. Barack Obama represents everything America wants for itself.

Americans want anybody but Commander Guy - a candidate who can conjugate a verb and speak in complete sentences. Somebody who wants peace and prosperity over perpetual war on somebody else's enemies [guess who?]

Obama is the Tiger Woods candidate. He makes Wisconsin wives feel good about themselves. Aunt Beatrice and Uncle Harry want to take him home and feed him lemonade.

Joe Biden stumbled over the reality of this candidacy telling us how "fresh and clean" he was. Obama is fresh and clean - he's everything America wants to believe about ITSELF.

So neocons and DNC operatives are belching on their gefilte fish.

Obama has NOT been drinking his kosher kool aid.

Peace may break out before the Last Palestinian child has been murdered.... OH MY!

What ever will happen to the only democracy in the Middle East? - it will vote itself SHARIA!

I hope this doesn't mean more elaborate schemes to enlist Islamophobes. I mean 3000 dead Americans did NOT make us All Israelis now.... did it?

Hey, I've got a great idea ... let's take a HuffPost "readers poll" to see how many suckers fell for HuffPost's, 'just say no to pollsters petition', ... going on to actually sign it!

Obama's candidacy, movement, rock star status, is nothing more than another cult as is "Scientology"...... to trade on your mothers pain, suffering, and death for votes is just about as low as a candidate can go.....

Right. That makes sense.

Senator Obama doesn't really have a career as a politician and activist. He really doesn't have degrees, experience, and plans for the country if he is elected.

Good comparison there. A politician, running a candidacy on promising people something new, different, better - based on his previous record and on what would be good for the country . . . that is exactly like a science fiction writer trying to create a new medical treatment to make money (auditing) who finds the American Medical Association and others using actual science and the legal system to attempt to stop him from ripping people off with his quackery so the science fiction writer, seeking loopholes in the law, declares his medical treatment to be part of a new religion of alien spirit worship and VIOLA he cannot be touched by the law, and suddenly this new "religion" which you must pay to be part of develops a following of brainwashed believers and celebrities so lost in their own self-worth they are willing to believe anything.

Yep. The similarities are endless. Obama is definitely secretive about his beliefs and of course he's asking for money before you can become part of his America. And Obama is out there threatening and suing anyone who criticizes him.

Scientology certainly is seeking to end the pointless waste of lives and resources in Iraq and restoring the middle class and working to fix the broken health care system in this country and . . .

you know what. Hyperbole is one thing. Ignorant, antagonistic, fear-mongering statements only show the weakness of your argument.

First: I would guess that some Candidates do not Like Caucusses because it is very hard to Cheat at a Caucus, as it is done in the light of day, and there are no Diebold machines with no paper trail which can be hacked into at caucusses. That is why California responsibily got rid of their Diebold Machines because they have courageously admitted that they are susceptible to Hacking!

Second: Blue-collar workers, teachers, etc., do not work on Saturday or Sunday, so that is not an acceptable excuse for why the Clintons do not do good at caucusess.

Third: Blue-collar workers and teachers are Also for Obama, as are some Latinos, women, etc., because Obama, a unifier, is for all of the People!
