Bush Fisa Reform

Think Progress:

The U.S. economy is faltering. Family debt is on the rise, benefits are disappearing, the deficit is skyrocketing, and the mortgage crisis has worsened. Conservatives have attempted to deflect attention from the crisis, by blaming the media's negative coverage and insisting the United States is not headed toward a recession, despite what economists are predicting.

The Bush administration's latest move is to simply hide the data. Forbes has awarded EconomicIndicators.gov one of its "Best of the Web" awards. As Forbes explains, the government site provides an invaluable service to the public for accessing U.S. economic data:

This site is maintained by the Economics and Statistics Administration and combines data collected by the Bureau of Economic Analysis, like GDP and net imports and exports, and the Census Bureau, like retail sales and durable goods shipments. The site simply links to the relevant department's Web site. This might not seem like a big deal, but doing it yourself-say, trying to find retail sales data on the Census Bureau's site-is such an exercise in futility that it will convince you why this portal is necessary.

Dissenters/democrats simply cannot understand what true Patriots have understood forever. America is the most blessed country in the entire 6,000 year history of Earth because we are the only country to have a leader so gifted that he can alter the very essence of reality.

Whatever numbers need to be reflected in economics reports in order to make the US citizens feel safe are the exact numbers that we will see. It doesn't matter what is actually going on with the economy. What matters is we all must have absolute faith in the God-given wisdom of President Bush in order to rejoice in his reality.

Think of what a wonderful world this would be if we were all to simply forget our petty troubles and believe everything that our beloved President tells us. Why shouldn't we believe him? He keeps us safe and keeps all the bad people away. He is our ultimate protector and ultimate savior! To praise him is to be given access to heaven and life everlasting!

Those who believe whatever President Bush says whenever he is saying it for as long as he is saying it will prosper both economically and spiritually. Those who do not believe will burn in hell forever. The choice is yours.

I believes, brother Mike, I believes! When I preach faith-based economics, this is what I'm sayin'. Can I get an "A-MEN?"

The MinneapolisMike Gospel hour will return in a moment so keep those dials tuned to WWAR Radio 666 A.M. on the 24 hour Troll network.

Worried about Global Warming? Concerned about irreversible climate change? Do nagging thoughts about the future of your children in a post temperate climate world cause you anxiety? Well you can relax. Just try IQ B gone for 30 days and feel those fears and brain cells melt away. Imagine how simple life would be with a sub par IQ. You could nod your head approvingly when Bush spoke on television. Rush Limbaugh would make sense. And best of all, you wouldn't have a clue about what they were talking about. Order now and receive a second month's supply FREE! After 60 days you could be on par with our President and could amuse yourself with fart jokes! A couple of cans of beans would lead to hours of fun for you and your whole family.

Now back to Mike. This segment is brought to you by ExxonMobile, the clean energy company, we paid for the research to prove it.
